That dimensional lord plus familia-esque idea looks a bit like samsara/maingod from a distance. But rather than some inexplicable thing or being transported to false worlds, it's more like, as a dimensional lord, you collect some lesser dimension/universes, put your players in them. If they do good, you make a lost belt/timeline split that you own, if meh, players grow and you tighten control on them.

I guess you're right in that even if we reduced the number of characters and actions at the start, it's still really complex and needs more streamlining.

Maybe we can work backwards? Start with a small light dimension in marvel, get kicked out by OAA, pick up random pieces of trash in the space between worlds such as twilight lance (dxd), idea of evil (berserk), and yggdrasil seeds (fgo)

In this way, there's actually three perspectives this story can be told from, the MC, the Pet cute girls, and the Slave players. Perhaps the big point of conflict for the MC would be that while nighomnipotent in the light dimension, outside, just a powerful mage. Need to learn to invade worlds, maybe. The other two would be a Danmachi-like POV and a Terror Infinity-like POV

Marvel dimensional lords try to influence the real world and take it into their own realms, or something like that, so MC can directly or using players to create positive alternate realities of worlds she finds that she can absorb into the light dimension. So players have quests; if everything turned nuclear apocalypse, yeah it's new world, but MC don't want it.

I bet you would enjoy some of EphemeralNight's works. I will recommend Heartmakers as a first story, even though it's unfinished. Ephemeral (and heartmakers!) is also here on QQ, if you prefer that interface.

Right, the "what's it about" step of reviewing/recommending. Heartmakers is sub PoV, isekai into a world where "somebody's Sex slave" is a socially recognized role, and it's got a game-inspired non-LitRPG magic system and finding exploits in that.

It's just, that one shitty OPMC story where the MC got a "Light Dimension" as opposed to the dark dimension, you know, that concept is so cool, despite the story being shit, you know, but the concept itself is so neat

Yes, unfortunately silksong then immediately released so I've spent very little time writing and a whole lot of time going "I'll write tomorrow".

It still shouldn't be long, I've been going back through the updates to refresh myself on where I left off, but uh that's gonna delay things a bit

Okay, how about this, this Biigoh possessed a Sajyou Manaka just after she died, the grail exploded, shunted her out of the universe, picked up a twilight spear along the way, in order not to get lost in the void, she tried to plant a fantasy tree to make a miniuniverse, but when passing by marvel, this caused her to become a dimensional lord, and then she finally landed on the shell of a universe

So it can be accomplished this way, the twilight spear will become a pseudo fantasy seed, sajyou manaka's body will become a pseudo lost belt, and one is already planted in the other, because to a dimensional lord, the entire dimension is their body, and it's not like she can create anything outside of the body in the space between universes. Left in control is a soul that is 1/3 Biigoh, 1/3 Yahweh, 1/3 Manaka

so you make yourself less lonely by collecting followers of the faith or creating little angels or little devils you know that kind of thing I think that would be kind of fun you know traveling between worlds doing this kind of thing kind of way
