I would like to ask on why you're deciding to rewrite Going Native series after spending 4 years of your life on it and then a 3 year break from it, if it isn't too much trouble? And specifically if you're just rewriting Gone Native, or the whole series itself? Because its a great series, even if Part 1 lacked some interactions with his Squad to make people care more.

Rip. But fair enough. It would be hard to get Tarble's character down after being gone so long due to his specific headspace, true. Would you be willing to tell me how the plot with Raditz, Kakarot and Gine would've gone at least? I imagine Tarble would've confronted them eventually and I'm curious on what would happen. I was an avid anime fan until I watched LoGH. After that, I just couldn't watch any anime at all, every show suddenly felt so hollow and pointless and just cringeworthy in general. Made me stop watching other anime for years after seeing the show for the first time.

I also agree that LoGH is kinda the peak of what battles in the void of space could be, every other medium falls so short in that aspect it's so disappointing.

What I wouldn't give to have Reinhard or Yang expy's in a potential B5 or Battlestar: Galactica crossover.

On anime: I haven't watched that many, aside from the mainstream stuff. DBZ was big a thing in the early 2000s in my country. That was a cool romp, ngl - until it absolutely jumped the shark.
Just read B1M-30 and didn't want to necro, but it was the most well done and wholesome romance I have ever read in the genre. And I thank you for writing it!
