Sneaking His Way into the Multiverse (RWBY Jaune, WC-lite mechanics)

Yakuza Arc too? I mean Kasugas' delusions are about to get a bit TOO real lmao. His friends might actually think he's schizo at this point. Or even better, give him aura so his Hero Bat actually breaks walls or something.

Alright Jaune, I know that everyone makes mistakes, but jumping the gun twice this chapter has locked you out of an actual combat Job and stranded your party in a city that's about to explode. Of course, that is small potatoes compared to the fact that most of your party is not immune to thinkers in a world where Contessa exists!!! Even if Jaune himself is immune, her precognition can just automatically scan the other members to model him and what the Company can offer.

He's lucky that the Company tablet typically does not run on the rule "You kill it, you bought it", or else he would be dead before he even leaves the ally. Regardless, the chance to buy an actual Silver Bullet is not an opportunity that Cauldron will let slip out of their fingers. They'll probably just offer Jaune literal truckloads of the best tinkertech they have as long as he buys the Silver Bullet for them.

@LazyAutumnMoon , do you have a plan on how to deal with the presence of Cauldron? Because if they catch a whiff of the Company, then that will probably derail your entire story.

You fuckin bastard! This cliffhanger is evil! Evil!

Back to Brockton Bay… oh booyyyyyy. I guess this confirms the existence of alternate timelines. Two Tattletales. God help those poor denizens. Also our team's sanity. Like the others said, this is gonna be a mindfuck and a half.

Sundancer… he'll meet her again but she won't have a clue who he is. Man…

New spectator too? Who's kind of OP? So much shit happened in this chapter I'm kind of overwhelmed.

Edit: coming back to this to post more organized thoughts.

WC!Lisa's Passenger, in a manner of speaking, is about to have a blast. Oh man. I'm sure that won't cause issues whatsoever. Contessa, Cauldron. Very dangerous risks, given Lisa and Escha don't posses the Blank skill, like Methodic said. Jaune's understandable impulsiveness may just light the powder keg to a long, long list of potential problems

I laughed, I faceplamed and now I'm exited. It was a good idea to send them to Konosuba one of the most easygoing worlds out there. If you ingonre the war against demons of course. Who would guess that the trip to get some flying cabbages would turn out like this. Later Lisa will blame herself for tempting fate.

Of course, Jaune with his narrow vision will automatically chose Hunter as a class. This dude need to learn that in different worlds things can have different meanings. Nice way to avoid making him OP, though. And Lisa too. If Sundancer was there she would probably scream at those two for being fu**ing donkeys.

This bunny will chase them across the multiverse, isn't it? Every few world they will meet it, fight it and then sell it only to see it again later. Hilarious.

It would be cool if every time Jaune summoned his armor, his body covers in flames insteaded of *pop* and it's here.

So they going to the beginning of Worm, right? Bet Lisa have some spoilers to tell. Mostly about Leviathan. And you now what this world really need? A device that can nullify powers like the one that Lisa have. Can you imagine how much easier their lives would be without city destroying, mind manipulating psychopaths?

I wonder what will happen when Lisa meet herself. Will she has a new look on herself or her super annoyed?

Tattletale: Uggghhh! What's wrong with her!? Why she always has to say something even when nobody asked?

Jaune: And now you know pain of anyone who had pleasure to talk with you.

Dropping into a chair, he fished out the Company scroll, opening it to the inventory screen. A swipe down landed him on an entry he never thought to see again. And with a tap of his finger, there hopefully won't be a third time. The cage stopped moving.

Who wants to bet this isn't the last we've seen of this beast.

Didn't quite like the impulsive choice of the hunter class, given all the steriotypical RPG clues. With the current class it will be harder to gain direct massive combat improvement.

On the other hand the class could help with resource gathering and monster tracking. Considering the variaty of hunting and gathering commisions from the company the hunter skillset might come in handy in amassing the company credits.
Also the skill tree might have an animal companionship skill. If it will allow to bond with some divine or demigod beast, all the better.

The Escha mix up was surprisingly funny.
It's slightly weird that Tattletale wouldn't pick up on Kazuma's isekai nature.
Also as funny as the scene about their Job class is I'd expect that Aura would count as Magic for the Job purpose?
Guess you deliberately didn't let them pick any magic using Jobs to keep the skill bloat and general power level down.
Event: ABB Bombings.
'ABB Bombings' lasted almost two whole weeks in universe. When would they start? After Somer's Rock meeting?

Let's not forget, this Lisa has been eating MH food for those gains.

Jaune Tats: Sup nerd!
OG Tats: Wha. Hey! Put me down!
JT: Look at you! You're skinny! Weak and underfed! No wonder your only muscle worth anything is your tongue!
OGT: You! Wait, you're-
JT: I'm you! But better in every way! I've got the smarts, I've got the body, and I've got a boy toy who takes me on an interdimensional adventure for loot, phenomenal cosmic power, AND I'm free of Coil!
OGT: Oh yeah?! Well I'll show that boytoy of yours that I'm the better-
Jaune: I think one Tattletale's enough...

Guys what happens if instead of Sundancer route Jaune accidentally doubles down on Tattletale one? Would Big Sister Lisa let her younger twin in on her share of the loot?

Wait a minute, so is this a case of Dragon Ball style time travel "separate reality, does not affect current timeline." Or is this Dr. Who style time travel where affecting the past affects the future?

If it's the latter. Will (Did?) any of the events that happen (happened?) in this jump affect the Leviathan fight without us realizing it?

What if Sundancer or any of the other capes actually were affected by JLE's actions here?

Maybe that's why certain things were different in the Leviathan fight and we just pinned it on Jaunes presence. Did you plan that OP and leave Easter eggs / foreshadowing in advance? Because that would be wicked sick if you did.

Well, Eris and Outsider having a little tea time was unexpected but hilarious. I bet they'll get along just fine.

That damn rabbit will never stop haunting them, that much I am certain of. Nice to see that even the Company couldn't stop its murderous impulses... or Aqua was being stingy about worst things, as ever. Sounds like genuine Konosuba event to me!

As for new Worm visit, I do expect Cauldron to make an appearance if PtV can model out-of-reality variables. I sincerely doubt our party could do anything to stop them if they decided on hostility, but since it'll probably be so much easier to just pay our "heroes" for a silver bullet, I expect that to be more likely outcome here.

So I assume the guy talking to Eris is the outsider. So do they accidentally kidnap a goddess from her universe? Well, at least they'll have a cleric. On hand who could resurrect them? Maybe or at least heal them. And even if their classes can't give them any direct combat powers, they can still level up, which will increase their attributes, which will increase their ability to think. Remember strength speed. All that jazz, which will be useful in combat, even if they don't get any direct combat abilities. So I'm guessing Lisa couldn't get magic because she's from a non magic universe and he couldn't get magic because that ability was directly removed from humanity before the gods of Remnant left their world.
