Let's talk about Belabog. So Belabog Heavy Industries had it's start in Mantle/Atlus, around the same time as the SDC started. Founded by Svarog Belabog, and inherited by his son Khors Belabog, BHI would begin as a humble construction company, Belabog Contruction, before going on to become one of the leading industrial manufacturors on Remnant. During the Great War, BHI turned some of its manufacturing to weapons and vehicle production, these would follow BHI's practice of building with ruggedness
and practicality in mind. Forming a tight bond and partnership with the SDC, BHI and the SDC would work on many projects together and practically corner the market for decades. It would be after Jacques Schnee's acquisition and tenure of the SDC that this decades long friendship and partnership would break, over worker's rights, safety regulations, ect. It causes quite the scandal and hurts the SDC's stocks and profits for a time.
Like the SDC, BHI would eventually spread to all the Kingdoms of Remnant, including Menagerie. BHI would actually become one of the biggest employers for the Faunus due to fair business contracts and would constantly be in contention with the SDC for it. Another contentious business practice of BHI is the unlocking and moderate training ofthe Aura of their workers, seeing as a lot of their work can occur in the wilds. It primarily comes down to ensuring the safety of BHI's workers, and some scandal is drummed/cooked up about it every year.
As for Khors, I'd move to keep him alive in this crossover as the CEO of BHI. Svarog and Khors know of the Relic of Creation, as it was Svarog that originally designed Atlus. Koleda, then would be the regional manager of the Vale branch of BHI. Constantly looked down on for looking younger than she actually is, Koleda hasn't been brought into Ozpin's Inner Circle like her father. I'd say Koldea isn't formally trained as a hunter, but was taught through tutors and experience.
Before getting into Ben, have we talked about Thirens? Specificly the more furry ones. Personally I would just see it as there being two types of Faunus, like with Thirens in ZZZ. Humans with animal features, and furries. Hell, it could even be that they were once called Thirens to distinguish the two before it was decided that was racist.
Anywho, I think Ben would be a Vale native. A former Beacon student, during Ben's second year an injury during a training mission gone wrong resulted in Ben losing his eye and other injuries that had him quit the program. Deciding not to let that keep him down, he decided to become an accountant to make use of his education and his knack for number crunching. It's only recently that he's recovered some of his old fitness and ability. Ben's Semblance is rather simple, it increases the mass and density of himself and whatever Ben is holding. Ben uses it most often defensively.
Anton would originally be from Mistral, and people always assume he's a former criminal/yakuza. He's just enthusiastic about fitness and his "bros." When he originally applied to Belabog, he scares the interviewer and tanks it. He would later come across Khors and Koleda out and about, in danger of some street roughs, before barging in and "protecting" them. They actually weren't in danger, Anton just jumped the gun before Kors or their security could do anything. Khors would be greatful, and ask Anton what he'd want. Anton brushes it off, citing "being a real bro." Khors insists, and Anton eventually leads them to his favorite food stall vendor. They all get to talking, eventually getting to Anton's bombed interview and Anton realizes who Khors is. Khors decides to hire him. Anton's Semblance let's him amplify the vibrations that he causes in an object. Essentially, he does extra Force damage on his attacks.
Grace Howard is an Atlus native. Other than that, not a whole lot needs to change. Maybe have her be the daughter of one of the other scientists involved with "Project Penny." No Semblance, she's just scary smart and some kind of divergent.
Belobog's other claim to fame is their Intelligent Machines. Developed privately between Khors and Grace, these AI are incredibly advanced, but prohibitively expensive and resource intense. The Atlus military is currently in talks with BHI about a possible collaboration to improve the Knight series. I'd also think Arthur Watts is impressed and secretly jealous of them.
Wait, thinking about Penny... How would Billy and Qingyi be explained in RWBY? Perhaps they were early iterations? Billy as the first successful android, only somewhat human-looking and no Aura. Qingyi is the second success, being far more human-looking, but still no Aura. Then Penny, human-looking and Aura!
