PbP Game Interest Check Thread

You know, if you plan it SFW anyway, SV is an option to run it for more players.

Well, yes, I could, but I don't feel particularly welcome or comfortable there. All I actually do there these days is maintain the Translation Request Thread and respond if someone directly talks to me.

Also, we've got six now, but we need seven for semi-vanilla to work (seven is the smallest number that allows for three Days without going Nightless).

+ponders+

Is it possible to do Dungeon-style Pathfinder, with possibilities of Intrigue Lairs, Economic Siege, Political Fortress, in between the normal hack-and-slash as well as spell-slinging?

I am thinking of, some time after December 9th, possibly running a Forgotten Realms game based on the plot the Mask of the Betrayer expansion for Neverwinter Nights 2.

Accordingly, the EL would probably start at L18/19 and run to L30~ish. Tier 1 classes would be more or less unequivocally banned, and Tier 2 would be borderline depending on build and person.

All participants would need to be known to me, people I vaguely like and, key, within a fairly short range for timezones. I don't care when you are so long as all of you are within a similar time range. I'd make all potential applicants commit to a time before selecting as well.

I'd apply, but with my Job, my schedule isn't that uh...predictable. Only days I for are have off are Saturday, Eastern.

Sure, why not.

[X] I have played Mafia before.
Does a Starcraft Arcade mod count?

[X] I don't care about flavour.
Erotic, non-erotic, it's all fun and games.

I'm angling for a game of Mafia on SV that will be starting soon-ish. Debating joining yours anyway since the small player count means it will resolve fairly quickly.

Any interest in a play-by-post game based on Conference Call,Conference Quest and Bad Girls Do It Better?
In summary, a few main characters or side characters from unrelated franchises (anime, cartoons, webserials, webcomics, anything!) gain the ability to access a shared chat log thanks to an extra-dimensional being or organization. Depending on the variant this connection grows into the ability to summon each other as allies, accessing each other's powers or just the ability to transfer items (magical, supernatural, or more) to each other. Katara of the Water Tribe could gain access to a Street Shaman's magic while a shaman in Shadowrun gains nearly-free Healing. Plenty of settings to discuss.

Obviously this can cause significant changes to a character's canon timeline, their goals, and their character growth. We would use our comments to communicate in-character, out of character, and to talk to other individuals everyone's respective worlds.

I would be tentatively interested in such an RP. It sounds like it could be interesting.

I might move the NSFW Reincarnation Wars version of the role play to this SFW section.
In the role play, characters are ordinary people who discover they have the abilities of fictional people. This is because they are the reincarnations of people like Gandalf/Superman, etcetera.
