I have a question, why do so many of your stories end right as they really start to get going?

for example "A Wizard's Interference" right as the story gets to where action should really kick in to gear... its over?

This is a bit sudden, but I can't ignore how much your character 'vali' likes to shrug, I believe if we count each time he shrugged in each story you made it would be approaching a hundred.
