I grabbed your first book Fimbulwinter, and read it non-stop to finish yesterday and today. it was excellent. I then bought the next three and am halfway through the second book. They really are quite good and I tip my hat to you sir. Keep up the good work.You don't see that many character-driven space epics with mostly well thought out plots and tech. Thanks for that! Is the Elesium quest going to be active again?
Your 'world of your own' have so few crew they might never meet one another while roaming the empty corridors, from their lonely bed in a barracks to their battlestation 100 decks lower. Never.
Imagine a Skyscraper the size of 1000 Empire state buildings. But it's a ship. Now, populate it with 100 people.
Also, make it combat effective and able to defeat boarders. With 30 marines.
Have you considered PROCSIMA based weapons systems?
Rereading Daniel Black. Image of Mara brushing Fernir to get shred fur off is adorable. Would felt cloak made from Fernir's fur retain some defensive power?

I wasn't sure if I wanted Cultivation Quest (as opposed to AWOYO or Sole Survivors) to continue, but this update sold me.
Excellent Merrick characterization. He came across as grave yet caring... Yet I (and other players) remain uncertain of his true motivations.

I just read perilous Waif. It was great. Saw many of the same sort of thoughts as ignition. Do you and Alivaril know each other or are fans of each other's work?
I read your books over the Christmas holidays. I enjoyed them and can't wait for the next ones.
That said, the plot twist in Perilous Waif was visible a mile off once the Kami War was discussed.
