I believe this is reaching criminal behaviour on her part, Don't just get a restraining order talk to the social services or something about getting a full block on her (or something), that may mean you have to move to the other side of the country but it should stop her from interacting with you in all but the most dedicated/extreme/far fetched ways and/or make her life a hell of a lot harder.
