I'm thinking Alistor's a bit of both. Lucifer sent him to basically keep an eye on Charlie and make sure she's doing okay, and make sure to tell him any juicy gossip, excuse me important Intel. Lol. He's the spy in the story.

While Alistor is doing it mainly because he owe's Lucifer a lot, he does genuinely care about Charlie and is having a lot of fun with the general insanity of Hazbin Hotel. that motivates him along with the knowledge that if makes friends with some of the people there, he's going to have some very powerful connections in the future.

I wonder how intense the conflict between Lilith and Lucifer should get when he starts trying to be king again? I don't want it be small, for Lilith she's used to being in charge and she's good at it. taking that away from her would make her feel useless. I think different demons will side between them, and I imagine they could fight without hurting each other as they are powerful demonic magical beings. I imagine they both want the relationship to go on, both Eve and Lilith love Lucifer, well ah.
Which of the three have they had the most contact with? I think they don't consider breaking up but there are growing pains and mistakes.

We were talking earlier how lesser demons make pacts with stronger demons to become more powerful, what if imps are humans that made a pact with a demon and over centuries of service slowly morph into a demon themselves.

It would be a neat explication for why despite being stronger than most humans, they are looked down upon. Since if you been in service for a demon as long as they have and have not advanced at all either your too weak or incompetent for the demon lord you serve to trust you.

Is it possible that over time these imps bred and had imp children who were natural hellborn? Leading to Blitzo and the like.

And by this pact system, all pacts and this could be part of hell reigion, terminate at either Lucifer or Lilith. Including the fallen angels who are the super demons.

A big thing with Lucifer is how he can't stop stepping on toes and making enemies as he tries to become a good king. He's just way to used to everyone doing what he wants no question and isn't actually that good at organizing people.

But unlike Lilith, who kind of stuffy and cold, Lucifer's a very charismatic and inspiring leader. its a balance between the two. Lilith is a better leader, but people would rather follow Lucifer.
