Lucifer is seen as an absent and foolish Godfather of Hell while Lilith is the good demon mommy.
On the other hand, any plot to replace Lucifer as Lilith's consort either gets crushed by Lilith or Lucifer arouses and than Hell is reminded why the Dark Trinity is the immortal king even when useless.

Its an interesting balance. I've mention this group doesn't like overt violence, even if their perfectly fine with cloak and dagger shit, because in their eyes it's wasteful, so they'll never openly defy Lucifer, but there are plenty of ways to make his job a lot harder without technically breaking any of his rules.

Sucubi, possibly Sinners elevated by the second Hell is Home group into an elite class of pleasure and battle servants? An exalted state into a refined kind of demon as perfection vs degradation and warping that most Sinner demons are.

Lucifer I'm feeling had a good relationship with Lilith overall as she got to run the show and she indugled him as her eternal lover and favorite companion, which was further enhanced by Charlie and Lucifer making rubber ducks and being a playful circus loon was a happy time for her.

She got to be a mom, she got her husband back in high spirits. Everything is going well. Than Charlie with the let's draw the attention of heaven by asking to redeem our citizens.

Well Charlie also inadvertently gave an insult worthy of a blood feud to that first faction of old demons I was talking about when she said she wanted to redeem hell, because the word redeem implies hell did anything wrong or deserved what happened to them, and to the old demons its all heavens fault and their slave worship of god that created this whole mess.

I wonder, if we go by Overlord logic Llith rules but the enforcement of her law is limited to her personal territory and favored allies loyal to her creed. Hell is big, infinitely so. With how Overlords warp reality in their domains and buildings and forests and other things as extensions of their souls, how bad Hell is really varies on who is in charge of where you are at and who is in charge of them

Charlie would grow up with the second Hell be our heaven camp of demons, and that could be a big inspiration for her ideas on the Hotel.

Their holding their tongue because of who her father is and because they think he'll step in and rectify this at some point, punish her or whatever. For some of them their reasoning is that she's a child and they need to be patient with her foolishness. For other's though their biding their time and waiting for the opportunity.

It would be kind of funny if Charlie submitting and marrying her father is what causes the demons to forgive her because in their eyes that's basically admitting he's right and I'm such a stupid child I need him to control me forever.

It would give an actual political and diplomatic reason for the two to have a public marriage.

Hell does allow them to murder her, torture her, rape her, do whatever and go oh we didn't break her so she came back and she has a couple hundred years to get over it. I think hellborn like imps and hellhounds should also get the comes back from death thing as part of Hell.

But do Angels return like Demons do? Or is their perfection not designed for it? Adding extra pain to the War in Heaven?
