Basically she's a lesson not to underestimate anyone in hell with it culminating in her effortlessly killing the gang that was bothering the family as a favor to them, because as it turns out if a sinner feels the need to look monstrous nine times out of ten its a facade to hide your weakness.

I have many issues overall with the season but it had good stuff. Such as I think its going for Alastor is stuck in a deal protecting the Hotel and helping Charlie, but he is also becoming more cozey with the Hotel and is starting to like Charlie and the people of the Hotel. So even as he schemes, his emotions are changing and so he is changing.

What demon form for our showstopper girl? This the prelude to the greater demon forms of other Overlords. The idea of greater Overlords having these terrifying ultimate demonic monster forms is so cool and I think it adds to the setting's fun factor.

I think that gave him good motivation for staying and a good character arc for him to deal with, while in the original shorts it really felt like he was just some random asshole hanging out at the hotel for whatever reason expect apparently he was stupidly powerful? This was definitely one of the better changes.

He's grooming Charlie and I think its a good motivation here. Alastor wants to use Charlie to become more than a servant but he's falling into the mentor role and hanging out with the Hotel people. He's not good, but he is becoming attached. Rosie was a fucking delight. Adam was weak at the end. The final episode showed how he needs Lute to have a dynamic that makes his frat bro douche bag style work

Its the ultimate looking innocent on the background and yet if you look closer is extremely dangerous. Plus it ties into how the milf likes to be the center of attention in all things and how she enjoys the thrill of crime and why she's here in hell.

Yeah Adam sounds like a lame final villain. I'm liking the whole vengeance obsessed demon slayer we came up with more. I'm thinking he's like the doom slayer except instead of masturbating to how cool he is, we show off how empty and miserable being that obsessed with revenge really is. Plus I like the dynamic of Even protecting her new found family from him with Lilith.

With how you describe Hell manipulation as the source of demonic sorcery, Overlord as a title takes a meaning here. They have powers as a overlord because they lord over aspects of Hell, the control over the reality of Hell is what makes them Overlords
