I would say Eve loves and hate lucifer in equal measure. Again she understands him the way a wife would, and even without that understanding, many angels on some level is sympathetic to hell and its original grievances with god, but he's also the big bad monster that helped destroy her original family so there's a lot of resentment in that.

Heaven's aware because they can directly feel the holy Trinity and how its power shape the earth, and that gives them a connection to the unholy trinity that was formed to oppose it.

God that is sad. Lucifer made himself a inverse god. What I am getting is Lilith is the sister Eve hates but can't help but care for, Lucifer is her toxic and sweet love. She both will shit on him, praise him, and god help anybody who tries to take him from her and Charlie is her dear daughter she'll betray Heaven for.

Further complication, Charlie did a Jesus. She shed blood to protect and save other, to offer shelter and salvation. That has got to be causing Heaven to double take

This whole series of events makes Charlie have to start to confront and struggle with how terrible her parents are. I won't say Lilith and Lucifer are bad guys, but they are not sparkling clean paragons and Heaven has good reason to fear and hate them

Charlies big character arc is trying to figure out who she is and a part of that is acknowledging that as much as her parents are her heroes and her rock stars, their also like you said kind of terrible people. Heaven is not this perfect magical place and even Charlies herself can't be a perfect little angel all the time.

Her big thing is learning to stick up not only for herself, but against her parents too and really force them to do the right thing and be better. And really force people to see that forcing yourself into a role or character is what's causing all this suffering.

Heaven is not a perfect magical place but it really does have a lot of good points over Hell and there is an argument to be had that the Knowledge of Good and Evil is a virus Lucifer spread like a prideful fool and doomed humanity

Charlie is pushing against boundaries and imposed and reinforced sterotypes and systems to work on bringing Heaven and Hell together and making both just different flavors of heaven

While it would be fun to see their interactions, I don't think I ever want the son and Charlie to directly interact, Let her be the light and him be the dark. Show both sides of hell. How embracing your innermost desires can be a good and horrible thing.

How big do you think the capital city should be? And how should it's territory be split up? I said something about how there's certain sections where open warfare is allowed, even if Lilith detest it, but how does she treat over lords that arise from that chaos?

How do the other overlord in the city respond to them, especially since a lot of them detest open violence? Remember Lilith was allied to the demons that were chasing perfection. And most importantly how much power and influence do these lawless sections actually have in comparison? And how united do they think they actually?

Big is hard to determine with Hell. Of varying tardis size.

How useful are they to the grander ambition and ideals of her queendom? How they comport themselves in the inner civilized sections she has direct control over or what values they represent with their use of power. What are they like as a Overlord? What role and effect do they have on her goals?

I'm guessing a lot of the new overlords just stay in the lawless parts, content with their petty little fiefs and enjoying the causal violence of the streets. Its dirty and bloody, but you don 't have to deal with the high stakes politicking with the queen of hell herself.

If you enter the domain of Llith, you follow the law and philosophy of Lilith and serve a greater governmetn composed of Fallen who were there at the dawn of time and Overlords who have resided since the ancient days of Hell
