Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.

But no the issue with the air bnb is that its in a big complex with a bunch of different apartments that are connected. And we don't have a private driveway so we have to walk awhile to get to the car. I don't have a washer or drier in my apartment, so I have to go to a laundry mat. Plus people outside and around can get pretty loud. Little inconvicences like that.
So, I had this idea of the punk kid using corruption and domination and slave kinks as weapons to be learned to used against enemies and making it part of how they terrorize and conquer the foes of the family, feeling like a hero for falling into the dark prince role.
That would tie in with how the dark fae that's mentoring the kid is giving him seemingly innocent advice at first, but in all actuality is grooming him into being a dark lord.
While meaning the advice and Dark Fae, complicating the narrative here. Are the Dark and bright Fae allied? What kind of magic can they do?
What's the foe of our starting arc?
Could also maybe emphasize that the punk kid is a lot more unforgiving and a lot more willing to preventively strike or go for the throat than his brother. Maybe make a point that while the dark fae playing mind games isn't helping, its was also inevitible that the punk kid was going to head down a dark path with or without them.
But with the dark and light fae their natural enemies that have made a sort of uneasy truce to deal with a larger threat which will be the starting and main antagonist at least at first.
In the spiderwick books you have Mulgarath which is this ogre that leads a band of goblins that wants to steal the book that has all the magic secrets from the family to take over the world and I'm thinking a figure like that could work. With the family moving back into the house and discovering magic, causing the ogre or whoever to get reawakened.
Actually speaking of technology and utility, funny enough Mulgarath ends up allying with dwarfs, who build weapons for his goblin army, because they want to see the world turned into in their words, gold and metals. Which when the weapons were delivered Mulgarath just straight up genocides them because in his words, he wants to make a world of flesh, bone, and blood.
That childrens book went pretty hard actually. Mulgarath was just a straight evil bastard who wanted to take over the world and the intresting thing is that he was smart enough and could shape shift so he would manipulate and cheat so many different groups and people.
But what I'm thinking is this evil guy or creature, doesn't care about art or family or anything. He's just a straight psychopath that wants more power and more control because that's the only two things he can understand. Flesh and blood.
What will make him intresting is that casual disregard for anyone and anything because he has no code or rules to hold him back. Or as a nice way to reflect the flaws of the fairies, no prejudices or emotions to blind him to potential tools or allies. But that's his weakness too. He doesn't understand love and how someone would go to protect it, or the value of loyalty or the concept of a higher cause.
He's pure survival instinct and that makes him very dangerous, but also very alone. While the boy, the one that supposedly going to be an evil overlord one day even greator than him, loves furiously and without shame. That love pushes him further and gives him allies and thats why he's more dangerous.
I mentioned that he doesn't have a code, well he sort of actually does. Flesh and blood is what he lives by and what it means is that every single person no matter how seemingly noble or brave wants something and if pushed far enough is willing to kill for it. That's the blood.
