Some of us were having a debate on spacebattles about mechanics in the Daniel Black series. Specifically, for conjuration, does it just summon stuff that already exists somewhere in the world, or does it create it, say, from extra-dimensional void-stuff? Or is it something else?

I just found out that Roland Emmerich directed a movie about the moon falling....gotta say it looks like hot garbage

Hey, so it's been a few years since Sole Survivors was updated, but I only just read it. Are you willing to share anything about how it would have turned out?
I'd been assuming the cold was supernatural, but we hadn't gotten the chance to really look into that whole side of things just yet.

Are you planning to continue The Jungles of Alabama at some point?

It's honestly my favorite system apocalypse story thus far. The system is great and allows for almost anything, and it's one of the few SA stories where the protagonist(s) actually act like real people instead of caricatures running around doing suicidal nonsense and being rewarded because of plot armor.

I grabbed your first book Fimbulwinter, and read it non-stop to finish yesterday and today. it was excellent. I then bought the next three and am halfway through the second book. They really are quite good and I tip my hat to you sir. Keep up the good work.

Do you have any statistics on how many people have gotten your Daniel Black books? I was surprised how many people on this site have read them and am wondering how long it will be until there is any proper fanfiction.
