Tell them you were drunk, and meant to say that you in fact were gifted games / money to buy games by your friend. Or that you are a hopeless boomer, and that your friend helped you set up your account, and he can't remember the email used, which was what you meant to say.
To be fair, a lot of that was clearly them playing with their food like a cat. So you can consider most of the damage to be far less than those things could easily inflict. As shown by how it took time for that glass to break when they also had no trouble smashing a car hood in.

From what I recall and understood, the author had a deal with Amazon or another distributor that included removing the original books. Because they wanted to make money and you can't really turn a profit when the books are still public for free. That upset some people. I don't know much beyond that, but BoC seems to continue with regular updates again.

I'm more than a bit of a gymrat and I'm cycling creatine pretty heavy rn so take this with a grain of salt (hah pun), but I try to intake about 5 liters a day, or a bit shy of 1 and 1/3 gallons. Assuming you're a man of average height and weight and your basal metabolic rate is fairly normal, a bit shy of a gallon, or about 3.5 liters, is probably ideal. Idk if there's any huge difference between sipping or gulping, but in my experience the main thing is consistency. I'm at work for 9 hours a day (including my hour lunch) and within that 9 hours I try to drink about 3 liters. I'm at the gym, that's another liter. I come home and make dinner and go about my evening, that's another liter. If I know I'm going out for drinks or to hit the club or anything where I'll be ingesting alcohol, I'll usually try to bump it up another 500ml.
That's not entirely true. Overhydration can also kill you, though it takes a lot more.
As a general rule the human body expects to receive between 1.5-2 litres of water a day for what is considered normal modern activity. If you are exercising, not only does that go up, but you need extra salt and electrolytes too. There is a possibility the issue you face isn't hydration but rather the other minerals you are expending.
What annoys me is no store sells 1,5 L water bottled. It's always close but never exact.
... You don't live in Australia do you? We have water bottles that you can refill that are 1.5 litres. Not quite what you're looking for, but pretty damn good.
I think you can only absorb maybe a pint an hour, but I'm not sure there's a difference between filling your stomach with that pint each hour or trickling a couple ounces every few minutes.
