Nanoquest: It's the littlest things that matter most. (HxH)

I finished my Final I got NOTHING TO DO for... *Checks Calendar* 4 Hours. as for that program I think I have something like a Number sorter lying in my files somewhere.

Really? Huh. Well, ideally I'd be running samples sizes in the couple thousands range to be safe. So if I had the luxury of tossing out a number and saying, 'Make it so,' I suppose I'd go 10,000. So a true well distributed RNG oughta return 100 instances of each number, roughly.

Like I said though, this is enormous. If you've got a number counter set up that can do this easily, I'd be interested in the results. If not, forget about it.

And yeah, sure.

[X] Begin Tier 1 modification: replacement of the immune system.
-[X] Tactics: work quickly to produce a new coating that is not designated as a hostile invader. Use this to buy time, wait out the immune system decimating itself as much as is safe for colony and hosts, and then work overtime to replace the immune system.
-[X] Monitor crucial areas like the brain, heart, lungs, et cetera. Prevent to the best of our ability irreparable damage.

Is this feasible?

Writing up a Input to output Program I used back in College should be able to handle 10k numbers gotta Love Programming Logic. I'll post it when I am done. stupid sorter.

I don't think another camoflage attempt is the answer here.
It wouldn't solve the fact that her entire immune system is going rogue.

[X] Abandon coating to increase production efficiency.
[X] Fortify Main Colony in areas we can defend well and can be used to start mass production of 8/5/2/1 Warrior/Worker/Collector/Scout ratio.
-[X] Monitor crucial areas like the brain, heart, lungs, et cetera.
-[X] Have Gastro units do nothing but multiply until they quadruple their numbers, then dedicate half their numbers to Warrior production.
-[X] Try recycling as many resources as you can.
[X] Whenever sufficient Warriors available, send out coordinated forces to accomplish key goals. Otherwise do not engage immune system actively.
-[X] Prioritize preventing crucial damage to Host Ponzu and shutting down production of further white blood cells.
--[X] Once sufficient numbers are achieved begin removing rampant immune system, replacing its function and repairing damage to Host Pozu.

It might. Sure, fighting off a force about 200 times your size might not be the best time for R&D, but the dice gods might be generous to you.

okay so yea I got a sorter but QQ roller seems to have a cap on dice wont roll past 20 *Most likely server reasons* and I am not planning to Copy and Paste roll command 500 times then feed the results through the sorter and stare at the school's Computer as it struggles with 10k numbers so this will have to wait till I get home. likely tomorrow I'll make a new thread to handle all those rolls 5 rolls at once seems to be a safe thing to do.

What about

[x]Engage in Over Drive Production Use extra material to spam workers an warrior.

Oh I agree about this not being the best time for R&D. But beating a force 200 times our side doesn't sound much better.

Even if we win we can probably expect huge casualties and at the end we might not have enough nanomachines left to take over the lymph nodes, which would leave our host without an immune system to combat even minor infections. At very least she'd end up in a hospital, and I don't like the odds of us remaining undiscovered once she starts getting serious medical attention.

Well this isn't good, but it's not as bad as it could be.

When I saw that 9 was sure we'd be stimulating Ponzu's hunger to the point where she started trying to eat other children.

Edit: added to vote.

what setting is this?

Who wants to make a game-deciding roll? D100.

Whosa his boy, you is! Yesh you are yeah you aaaarrreee!

Not the forum's dices. Doesn't count.

Could be. Could be only the ones in the stomach survive. Of course, with a decimated immune system...yeah.

Whelp. Here we go.

It's a recordable dice roller...

But whatever... if you don't want the high roll, s'not my fault.

Well.

Okay.
Liam for the sake the actual fair play take Bii's dice. It's a recordable and reliable dice roller. And I don't recall you ever stating forum or it's shit. Really this is pulling a reroll to dick us over. Come on.

Acknowledged: General shedding of stealth mantle in progress... Complete.

Majority of the colony relocating near in the chest cavity to monitor vital organ. Probe will be sent to monitor the brain under Warrior escort.

Begin replication. Warriors will focus on establishing security perimeter around Workers until our numbers are sufficient to overtake the immune system or critical damage has
been detected.

..........
.................-Alert: No attack from the immune system has been registered since shedding of Stealth Mantle. Hypothesis: Immune system has recognized itself as superior threat and prioritize it own destruction to the exclusion of all.

This is a chance: Deploying Collectors to gather remains for further replications.

Query: Should Warriors be deployed immediately to prevent further damage to host? Y/n

Warrior number: 350 000 000
Worker count: 120 000 000
Estimated White blood cell count: 1 200 000 000

.....Seriously? A bad roll meant the immune system wrecked itself and gave us an opening?

Were we rolling for the success/failure of the immune system instead of ourselves?

It just might be possible that my tendencies to troll my playerbase doesn't go as far as to actively hurt the game itself. Maybe. Possibly.

Liam, is deploying Warriors essentially saying, 'Launch the attack?'

I'm all good with dragging in dead cells for more troops. I'm still weighing the benefits of letting the immune system whittle its numbers more. We can't afford big loses from winning. If we have enough nanomachines, we can probably fix the damage. If we lose too many in an attempt to halt the damage, then it doesn't matter that we've stopped further immune-related damage because the body will deteriorate on its own.

Also, XD.

[X] AN OPENING!
-->[X] Well, take it obviously!

We have almost a fourth of their number in warriors, 4 to 1 efficiency, an explosive growth rate and this is a comparatively incredibly well coordinated massive surprise attack.
We can take them.
