'How tough is this fucker?' the young man Kenta, better and later known as the name Lung thought, even as his mind started to slip under the effect of his transformations, higher brain functions giving way to primal rage.

Yet even with all his rage and fire, his struggle to fight the Leviathan was real, each attack fell almost uselessly against the skin of the creature, each blast of fire countered by a flick of water, blow for blow, matched force for force.

'Wait...matched?' Kenta thought slowly as he began to piece together in dawning horror, that he was truly outmatched, yet none the less, be it him, or those heroes fighting alongside him. He would kill this thing and so he clawed on. Swinging uselessly against the steel hided monster.

All the way until in less then a blink, he felt its clawed hand grab his head from the purchase behind its pack, with barely an effort launching his body limply to the side, even as he flew however did hundreds of fists find their purchase slamming into his body, crashing into a building. The foundation crumbling harshly as the tower threatened to tumble.

"The Dragon is down, support teams engage, give him time!" he heard over a communicator one of the Sentai elite shout, a member wearing orange tinker tech armour, laser mounted on their wrist limply upon a broken arm as they landed on a short building barely rising above the water level near the coast, lung able to see that if anything of his useless rampage, the city leviathan had appeared in hadn't yet been fully drowned.

The Endbringer charged, a force in motion, only partially halted as the Orange member raised their hands, vibration waves emitting that shook the echoed clean off the body of the monster, a smile coming to the exposed face of the member for a second until more panic came over the radio.

"WAVE INCOMING, GET HIGH QUICK, BLASTERS TRY TO STOP IT!" The voice demanded with such unfaltering pride and fear that even in his animal state, Mental couldn't help but be impressed, witnessing the flow of heroes climbing the buildings like ants fleeing a flood, stirred something strange in him, doing his own best to begin to raise his large frame from the ground, steel surrounding him even in the low water beginning to boil.

Yet, Kenta knew, even in the deepest animal part of his brain that he didn't have it in him to fight the Leviathan any more, drainer beyond anything he had ever felt before, even as he saw the rushing waters coming with water jet pressure behind it.

'this city will fall, then the next, then the next, what's the point?' he simply thought as the wave approached, ready to close his eyes, even as his body against all his wishes began to scramble upon the building, that deep part of his brain trying to survive even when he gave up, unconsciousness beginning to take him.

"What the? The wave..." Sentai Red could only mutter over the comms, near him the Mexico hero Salvador, sharing an expression between the two as they saw the 'V' cut out of the rushing tidal wave, then came the sound, like thunder in the bones, it came and shook them to the core, a vibrational force that flowed through the city, concrete closest to it blown to dust, glass for Kilometres by the score blasted into shards.

Even still more surprising to the heroes however was the stillness that came after, as some looked including Sentai Red, eyes focusing upon the form of the Leviathan, frozen upright as its head faced the ocean, seemingly watching for something.

Until without warning a hole appeared in the arm of the monster, the creature reacting almost in an instant as it stepped to the side, the water echo blocking what appeared to be a shockwave from something.

"Give me a report! Whats going on down there!" Red roared into the armband, hoping for some kind of explanations yet from the ums and uh's that emerged he assumed not.

That was until the hero Salvador tapped his side, turning to face the same way as the bespectacled hero, he saw a strange sight.

'Is that a...hyotokko mask?' He thought slowly as he saw a Cape wearing a torn and battered cheap ninja costume sitting on the edge of the building, the poor grade material torn, yet strangest of all was the mask, a typical Hyotokko mask adorning the Cape as the what he heard was a child speak.

"...ep up...f...n...beg...n" the English flushing from the boys voice difficult for the Japanese hero to understand only getting it partially before the boy disappeared, not sped, not ran.

He simply was there one moment and not there the next, the only recognition of his existence was the light wind that carried behind him in that moment, a cool breeze contrasting with the raging storm, even still however; below at the base of the building the two heroes stood on, a rapturous KRA-KA-KOOM emerged, thunderous and violent as they both looked down, dry land visible for moments before the water flooded the area once more.

"what Cape is wearing a ninja costume, we need to coordinate his movements now" Sentai Red shouted into his arm band, quickly getting a response.

"This is Black Kaze, you needed me?" the clearly feminine Japanese came through the band.

"Not you, the guy with the hyotokko mask!" Sentai Red felt a flush coming to his face as he spoke.

Yet even as Sentai Red spoke into the microphone, a series of voices rushes out with denials, drowned out however as another thunderous KRA-KA-KOOM flooded the city.

"look i don't care, SENTAI ELITE!" Sentai Red shouted into his communicator.

"WHATEVER YOU DO, ASSIST THAT PARAHUMAN!"

Declaration met by a series of shouted agreements, Sentai Red felt relief as he himself jumped from the edge of the edge of the building, his tinker tech suit activating its thrusters in tandem, looking out once more to see the assembling group of colour coded teammates, each one activating their powers in tandem.

Likewise however did The Leviathan, rushing forward and weaving through waves of lighting and wind and lasers, only stopped shortly as a large fish like mecha, half the height of leviathan itself, reached to grab its tail from below the water, robotic hands gripping tightly until the water echo replaced where the tail once was.

Yet it was enough, as once more the thunderous sound of the unknown parahuman rung out.

KRA-KA-KOOM.
