I agree, this definitely sounds like the type of person who would be part of the slaughterhouse nine. Rather than attempt to build anything up simply tearing anyone good down.

Seems like this might be chizuru but even if its not someone with both the wisdom to reflect and change and the will to be themselves sounds like the type of person I want to focus on when possibly making a new hollow/minion/unspecified being.

This is pretty clearly contessa and while she might be useful honestly I am not sure how useful she would be without her shard. So not considering that the next question is personality. She certainly has the will to succeed, but she also has a willingness to compromise. I have no doubt she could become a vasto lorde and would oppose aizen. I would not be surprised if she decided feeding millions of humans to weak hollows and then eating those now less weak hollows in order to gain strength quickly was a good idea. I am firmly of the belief that the ends dont justify the means and that the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Contessa danced down the road to hell in hope of a possible large good. For in character reasons though Im pretty sure weaver would realize that she was the girl who was sacrificed and I doubt she would focus her very being on preserving contessa.

I dont know who this is, I dont think weaver knows who this is, but this person sounds like someone who could manage hollowdom and be useful.

Honestly Im not sure why this person is on this list. All of the others (and weaver) have a driving will that maintains them even as they would be broken down by the other souls. Maybe for someone who knew what character/story was being referenced this would matter but to me it just seems like some random person who had a hard/strange begining and then lived a happy life. Sad they would be lost among the mass of souls but not important/powerful/skillful or willful enough to focus on trying to save.

Also I am so hyped that we might be saving/partially saving more that just 2 people. We ate grand fisher so that means we have masaki inside us and I am just hoping that becomes an option next update. I wont be mad if it doesnt but I have my fingers crossed.

Weaver doesnt have bug control.

Shards connect based on brain tissue which as hollows we dont have. So we get fortuna the girl willing to leverage everything she has through any means necessary to meet her goal. BUT we do not get a thinler 12 that actually knows how to succeed at any goal. In truth she may well be exceptionally bad at planning since most of her plans were created by her power. Though she should be quite skilled at building mental models of people which is how she worked around her blind spots

We came here to save Chizuru and Tatsuki and that's what we're going to do. And saving Marisa of all people, when we just got access to Cero? I'd already be inclined to pick her out of love for Touhou, but this just makes it necessary in my eyes. I also feel like Fortuna could use some peaceful rest after... everything.

So, as far as I know this is going to be the first time a Menos tries to save any of the souls making his body, so I assume Taylor and company are going to get some perks due to this, the closest example is Starrk or that Arrancar with hundreds of copies (the Gillian Taylor killed with a lot of subordinates), and in either case they became connected in some way.

So Taylor starts her new evolution with a pack (just like Tier or Grimmjow's) from the start, now there is going to be either a LOT of time, or until Arrancar or another existential evolution for them to recover their memories, Taylor is already different from Canon, and we don't know if Shards go along or fuse with the souls of their hosts when Parahumans are eaten.

My votes are mostly due to not knowing about "The Shy Girl", but she does look like Chizuru, and Contessa because I really want to see her in the story, besides she will be different from Canon, just like Taylor, and having companions could mean the world to her, so I don't see her becoming a mass murderer or betraying everyone like some suggest.
