According to the rules it is okay for a story to promote anything they want such as Neo Nazism and Racism as long as they threadmark it. But complaining about it in the comments is not?

Yeh I know I'm being unfair/stifling creativity whatever. But getting a warning for calling out racism pissed me off.

I have to be honest here. Your problem was that you failed to separate the art from the artist. Are you also going to claim that every author who's written a rape scene is a rapist?

Just because it is in the story does not mean the author endorses it or actually thinks that way, so you ran a foul of the rules because you called the author racist because they accurately depicted racism...

That's not equivalent to what I was talking about.

For your example no I would not say that just because an author wrote a rape scene an author was a rapist. However if an author wrote that all Africans are rapists I would be calling rascism.

When an author depicts a real life ethnic group in a story, in this case African refugees, and states that if they are accepted into a country they will inevitably cause the country to fall into anarchy because they cannot be trusted and that the only solution was to have them shot on sight.
Yes I would call it racist
If this was presented as the views of characters within the story, that's just characterisation and not a problem. But presenting it as objective fact.
