Alt+f is left square bracket on my keyboard. It also toggles full-screen in the text editor.

Is there any way to change this?

This is an issue that was brought up for TinyMCE over on SV as well. I don't believe it's removable.

Normally, I would suggests disabling TinyMCE and using the default xenForo editor, which I prefer, but it's not an option on QQ afaict.

If you don't like the TinyMCE editor, the other option is to use the plain-text version. This comes with buttons for formatting like TinyMCE, but is BBcode rather than WYSIWYG.
 
Thank you both. I've switched to using the plaintext version.
