[X] Work normally
Hikigaya doesn't like overworking, but he also doesn't like when people intentionally slack off. He's the type that just does the work to the necessary level, and not much further because the extra effort isn't usually necessary unless you're some addle-pated riajuu with delusions of youth(!). But being intentionally lazy and putting work on other people is also a sin in his eyes because it makes you a trash that's intentionally hindering others.
So, work normally, and achieve what is necessary. Don't over work, don't under work. Normal work. We'll work at our own normal pace.
Because remember - this vote is for how much work we put in relative to our own 8man!standards. Therefore, going easy means going easy by Hikigaya's standards (a sin), and going hard means going hard by his standards (even greater sin).
So the obvious answer should be Working Normally by the 8man's standards! That way, you don't piss people off by working less than you should be working, and you don't exhaust yourself working more than you feel like.
