Nah, Pokemon offspring are always the species of their mother; Dawn and any other Zeus-spawn-like product of Arceus and humans is fully human. The incest part is valid, but also very classical god-like, so... yeah.

..though I guess rule 63 Arceus is definitely also a thing. Like Loki, but reversing the sometimes-a-horse part!
