Question besides "my eyes are down here" stuff like that, why do women wear shirts with eyes on their boobs? Pretty sure that one lady in the Undercover Boss fashion shop episode this week didn't go for the former.^

It gets weirder, there are two characters in Part 4 who are drawn as taller than Koichi when we first meet them, but upon their defeat they shrink down to Koichi's visual height. Of course the anime didn't bother with that and had those two characters be Koichi's visual height from the get-go. Part 4 is kind of told from Koichi's perspective, so you are technically seeing an exaggeration due to Koichi's fairly low self esteem.
