That jumble of animal-related library topic votes clearly shares a similar broad motivation. It seems weird if that broad topic of interest can't gain traction because the focus of individuals are more narrow. I mean, if the prompt on trying to get to know a servant included how to do so, the vote there would be two or three times as fractured. Really though, I think the issue is people trying to game the research actions into more specific results than is perhaps plausible. Little Bee isn't some kind of experienced researcher, a broad/general/vague topic rather than an objective seems more reasonable.
Not that I want that kind of research to win; there is obviously a far superior topic far more deserving of our time.
