I hope this trend continues with Mio continuing to Snark at her arm every now and then...if/when she gets back to Konoha it should be fun seeing peoples reactions.

Honestly?

Blood's been a major part of several culture's diets many times throughout history, and gross as it may be the worms are probably providing not-inconsiderable nutrition too. It's gross, obviously, but manageable... compared to a limb that may pull bullshit act-on-its-own or outright mental takeover.

I'd rather address the more pressing issue, that also doubles as the most likely looking to maybe make the PC able to do something about Dummy.

...I also wouldn't mind if THE GREAT DEVIL QUEEN MIO develops a lil' bit of a blood-fetish from the imposed dietary restrictions. Pompous showboating pairs well with licking wounds for 'oh sweet tap-dancing christ this person is insane get me away', I feel.

So our arm is Double jointed and completely flexible? but is it bigger then Mio or smaller, or just right?

First we need to find a good source of food, them safety then we can deal with the arm by meditating under a water fall, but since this is a hell dimension; it's very likely it's a river of blood.
