How does the story and plot change in this hypothetical au Ned Starks gotta have to manage 6 sons if you include Jon Snow as well. How would the household interact how would the dynamics change, what would female Theon be like. A male! Sansa might be athletic and tall as her female canon self is the pinnacle of female health and beauty of you convert this to a male you might get a teenage Adonis. A male! Ayra would probably just be like his deceased uncle Brandon Stark with the wolfsblood. A female Theon would probably be pretty similar to Asha but more honourable and perhaps less martially minded due to being raised in Winterfell, Catelyn might be rather close to her because she has no daughters to spend time with

We have a Game of Thrones thread, you would probably have a lot more luck hanging out over there. But for your idea, it sounds like a great start to your stereotypical female self insert story. Complete with daddy issues and angst surrounding her birth family. A new found family with its own hidden issues that the insert needs to fix with her magical empathy and understanding. A seemingly ordinary girl since the Greyjoys are a lot more plain compared to someone like the Lannisters getting all the attention. Five boys who can all compete and maybe, depending how spicy the writer is, even form a harem for her to enjoy. Potentially even Alpha/Beta/Omega dynamics since it's a family of wolves.

I know it's sounds like I'm mocking this hypothetical story, but if the boys can get a million Naruto harem stories where the female characters have less personality than a piece of furniture than the girl's have a right to indulge themselves too.
