Scenario 1: Extremely beautiful woman physically in her mid-twenties. I get plowed, I guess. Oh, and get creative with my vast mystical power. I'm a demigoddess, basically.

Scenario 2: Plz no. Lady's life is pain and suffering. Oh, and I guess I don't do the whole stripping Darling of her power. I also choose to leave the Empire and go help Croaker get to Khatovar. With me? There's a load of mystical firepower ensuring we can bypass a lot of crap.

Scenario 1: I am now a shiny gardevoir, I shall endeavor to make a public appearance so obviously real that no one doubt my existence, so that way I don't have to worry about assholes trying to kidnap me. Though if I can level up and don't have the four move limit, I probably won't be so worried about things like that. Even less so if I don't have PP limiting how many times I can use an ability between naps.

Scenario 2: I am a shiny gardevoir in the pokeworld. I will immediately seek out Ash Ketchum if it's the anime continuity, otherwise try and hole up with a respectable trainer if it's the games continuity. Otherwise my ass is gonna get beat by hordes of ten year olds trying to get me because I am a shiny and so they can have bragging rights.

Scenario 1. Well, at least in the modern world finding brains of the recently dead is easy. Could probably even start buying them 'for science', or something. Aside that? At the very least I conquer a country by the end of the week.

Scenario 2. Well... it's an OC in spelljammer. So hey! Multiversal adventures!

Could be worse.
 
Scenario 1: .... Well, hopefully the magic still works. On the other hand.. magic still working means there's something like the Fade.

Scenario 2: I go open a flower shop in Nevarra. Hopefully I can stay out of the upcoming shitstorm/Mage-Templar War. Also, Mommy Dearest gets clubbed. Like a baby seal.
 
Scenario 1: Being two people simultaneously (Akane and Ranma-chan, respectively) is going to be a chore to adjust too, but it's not a bad deal, all in all. I'm 3/4 female (an improvement to be sure), I have demonstrable supernatural qualities (Ranma's curse of drowned girl) that could net me a penny from scientists, and I might have Ranma-verse charles atlas superpowers, if I'm lucky.

Scenario 2: I'm probably fucked, especially if I can't get away from Nerima. Living in a slapstick comedy wouldn't be much fun for people from the 'real world' (like myself), and there's no way I'd be able to coexist happily with all of the people in Ranma's life who would prefer him (now me) to live as a man, or the constant sexual harassment that Akane deals with, or pretty much... anybody.
