I do ask every single person who messages me about it like you have to try and report it in the hopes that enough reports will prompt Webnovel or Patreon to sit up and finally take action.

But since I've had dozens of people message me about this in the past few months and asked each of them to send in a report, but nothing seems to have happened except some of the WN stories got deleted... eh, I dunno /shrug.
