Why us it that they keep using "bitch" in place of "slut"?

I've seen it in a lot of Japanese high school anime, a lot of Chinese web serials, and a lot of Korean manhwa where some girl is called a "Bitch" when it doesn't make sense in English but it would make sense to call her a "Slut" in those situations (mainly implying promiscuity)

Can I ask where you get the links of the images you reply in stories? because the links I copy from X end uo broken and there aren't really any other sources that works with QQ form the sites I've found the pic in.
