If I fill two different CYOAs by choosing the Extra CYOA perk, can I just crossover the two settings?

Also, does the Waifu perk give her a legal identity/history in my chosen setting, or will she just be a Drop-In?

I don't have a schedule for any fic, but this one should get an update at least once a month, so there's that!

Also, Rias won't be a waifu. I only like her when she is massively AU and OC, meaning when she ain't Rias anymore, lol.
