Some tea is high in fluoride and can actually exceed recommended levels if you're doing more than four cups a day or so. It depends on the soil it's grown in and how old the leaves are. Besides caffeine this is the most realistic risk.

Blacksmith is not a Patreon fic. It's one of the public fic that gets written so that i don't get burned out when writing Patreon stuff.
