Gonna be honest, your story Falcon's Rising.....

Is kind of misleading with the title, since the MC appears to not be an Self-Insert, nor shows any traits of a self-insert character. The MC is an OC. So its more an AU OC Story than a SI-story that is perported to be in the title. I didn't read it past a few chapters after he's picked up by the Clanners though.

That being said, Blacks were either idiots or Aemond had the biggest plot armor because he was the first target any sane Black should have aimed for before the Dance began. This looks great. Added to my list. Wasn't super excited when you said 2-shot, but 55k words is a heck of a 2 shot. Should be a fun read.

And you're not a bother at all- I really appreciate the recommendations and your continues interest in my story! Seeing someone invested really gives me a lot of encouragement to keep writing, especially as the up votes have slowly died off this deep into my story.

I think the concept of weaker but more interesting worlds being a reflection of powerful but more generic worlds is really fun. Like, you kind of see it in Marvel's Asgard with the 'Gods above Gods' thing, but not really. I mean like, in fan/web stories, they'd sometimes show up like a boring setting like Mondaiji would 'reflect' onto a lesser world like DXD, and sort of influence its cycle of karma/history

One place it showed up in is some mythology-derived/inspired works, for example, Tianlong Babu, which is like a martial arts Lord of the Rings, in how its influence on wuxia genre is like. Basically, its initial premise was based off of Indian (Hindu?) myth; for example two girls who are really good at disguise and music is inspired by Gandharvas, who serves Indra, who in the story is their master

Then a fan/web story would connect the two and have, like, an overpowered version of Indra look at this fragile world that's like a soap bubble to him and find it amusing, or send an avatar down onto the world, or possess the 'reflection' of himself there, etc.

An exploration of some idea of existence outside of existence, I guess. Like how in Men in Black you have aliens play with the universe like a marble

Out of interest, do you have any plans for another Code Geass story once the quest is finished?

Meating Leila would have been possible with a more European-focused voting block instead of the Japanese one.

I don't have anything in the CG world planned right now, but I'm probably going to include expies of a few CG characters in my story The Hand We're Dealt.
