So what's weird is in Fengyun, that Hong Kong martial arts comic with a lot of crazy shit and women cheating on their lovers and rape, there's four mythical beasts--turtle, phoenix, qilin, and dragon. First two died, people who ate them gained immortality. Qilin can self-rez, but can't immortalize, so no one cares.

Is kind of misleading with the title, since the MC appears to not be an Self-Insert, nor shows any traits of a self-insert character. The MC is an OC. So its more an AU OC Story than a SI-story that is perported to be in the title. I didn't read it past a few chapters after he's picked up by the Clanners though.

That being said, Blacks were either idiots or Aemond had the biggest plot armor because he was the first target any sane Black should have aimed for before the Dance began.
