So, this is out of curiosity, but how do you think Rin and Sakura would handle becoming more bimbofied due to housing their respective deities (Ishtar and Ereshkigal for Rin, and Kama and Parvati for Sakura). Especially if it meant them being Shirou's bimbo wives.

Hmm, honestly I'm not really an expert in that Bimbofication stuff, but I suspect Sakura wouldn't really fight it, especially if it meant she'd be with Shirou. Rin I think would, though, she's got too much pride to just accept being a bimbo.

But does the boost only work when recovering from near-death? Or does it also work with extreme exhaustion?

Near death, like having 1 - 3% HP since its a boost to the physical stats just like original Dragon ball.

unlikely, for something to be girl bathwtaer it should have at least 1 exfoliated cell or drop bodily fluid drinkable from any one sip of the liquid. The ocean is too vast to cover with enouh cells or fluids by one swim, especially wuth microbes eating whatever gets too far.
