so, one of the moderator megaolix, tells me to stop asking permission from other authors to upload their works on youtube as audiobooks, because i use the same message and copy paste them to authors

the problem is apperently it looked "spammy" is it against any rules here?

as in am i actually breaking any TOS by asking permission to authors???
