I've been kind of thinking about an omake where the same guy gets reincarnated as Hornet in Silksong instead of Little Ghost in Hollow Knight but, after escaping that world and landing on PMMM, the place is... weird. As if a certain little ghost was already around, seeding confusion and wrecking chaos :p

One Interesting thing is that Plasmium (Lifeblood) interacts differently with Hornet than Little Ghost.

I blame Void.

(But also, Little Ghost not becoming Shadelord means that Silksong's best Ending (atm) can't happen… unless it's the former Hollow Knight that acts, like we see in the non-Shadelord ending)

As a teenager that sounded pretty cool to me, and I ended up using it as my online handle. Even after the game came out and turned out to be mostly meh, the name still stuck and I just kinda went with it.

I joined QQ in...2016, I think. And at that point my online name was solidly Noctis.

Actually looking at DXD, it's quite problematic when you compare the peerages. Riser, while he might seem disgusting, has a peerage that is united and supportive of each other, willing to fight for each other. Rias' peerage, at that stage, the neet vampire won't come out of the closet for her, the catgirl and the half-angel both won't face their pasts for her, everyone's so half-hearted...

I mean, yeah, Riser is an asshole, but he knows what he wants, and he knows he's not smart enough to manage shit, so he hands it off to his sister or whoever else... like he can delegate. Through using the right people for the right job, you can see that his peerage at least cares about him, and they actively foster harmony.

Makes you wonder who really should be the protagonists.
