*BANG-BA-BANG* *CLICK* (Skippy is a three round burst pistol with thirty rounds in each mag)
Jason keeps on using Rubber Body to tie his legs in a lock around Round Deer as it gallops and shoots those that he can but either misses or hitting body shots because toads have no tech on them, only killing three using one mag.
*FWOOM* *FWOOM* *FWOOM* *FWOOM*
'Hey….no time for…yo.r...revenge. We are fu..…surounded and…….reinforcments when injured……..focus.' But she does not listen, using as much of Hell Flame as she can, killing two more, when they are far enough to have a bit of distance tells it to stop. He sighs voicelessly and ejects a magazine out, puts the gun upside down in his lap and gets a mag from his pocket and puts it into the Magwell for skippy and racks it on his leg.

'Guess we are doing this.' He nudges the Round Deer to get in close but stays out of range of the tongue and shoots one dead as Lucifer is starting to sweat from the many Hell Flames she used and being more conservative with it, killing two in the process.

'Can y.u…….stop throwing th..se….illy nilly? You are….rely hitting…em.' As the Deer is on the move again to dodge, making them both whiff a shot and Lucifer is starting to get a bit paler. 'Your gonna……..tting mana depletion………. I'll handle…..rest.' She does it with a lot of reluctance.
"Fine but never take me on this type of quest ever again or I'll kill you." She holds onto Jason's waist to hold on as he slowly kills the last two Giant Toads with it taking 3 bursts to kill each either not killing it in one or missing with the Deer dodging quickly.
'Well I'm glad that is done with. I feel exhausted….stupid Sloth Curse. Hey Lucifer, wanna turn in the reward and the frogs? We should get 65,000 Eris for the 13 toads and 100,000 Eris for the quest completion. It should be enough for a place for the night and get food at the guild' He does the math for this while the Round Deer for a place at an inn and food, not knowing how much actually came through the telepathy as Lucifer shakes him a bit to get him out of his head.
"Hey, you do know that all came out clearly right? Does leveling up help with that or something else?" He pulls out his card and sees he leveled up 5 times from killing 7 toads and his EXP is at two fifths full having 5 skill points and seeing the Telepathy highlighted with red and a 0 for it along with Hallucination, Invisibility, Terrify, Mental Fortitude, Puppet Master, Dominate, and Psychic Shriek. They all have varying skill points needed to unlock and telepathy turns black without his input since he touched the card.
'Maybe it's because I was actually able to use it and trained my proficiency in it till the skill points needed were reduced?' He shrugs his shoulders as Axel comes close in view and untangles his legs and hops off the Round Deer. He then helps Lucifer down off and gives the Deer a good head scratch in thanks and desummons it back into the Familiar Space.
"Well, let's hope there is somewhere to wash myself. How much is the food and the inn gonna cost?" As they walk closer to the gate and show their adventure cards and the quest to the guards and continue their way to the guild.
'Should be 25,000 Eris per person for a month. So 50k this month next this includes a free breakfast. The food at the guild should be 500 to 1,000 Eris, you can get some wine or any alcohol as long as it's the cheap stuff I'm getting myself water.' As they continue their walk and talk they finally get to the guild and go into it and turn in the quest. He once again lets Lucifer talk but does show his guild card to confirm the kills and their kill count being thirteen.
"Hey Luna, we got the quest complete and got ambushed by other Toads so we got 13 instead of just the 5." She strolls on up to the receptionist and hands them their cards to confirm it and sees how tired they both look, including a bit of slime they both couldn't get out of her clothes.
"Thank you for dispatching all the monsters even if you went above and beyond for this. The reward for your quest being 100,000 Eris and after taking transportation out of the equation get 65,000 Eris for the corpses." She bows for their thanks in doing more than they should as beginners. "Thank you and congrats on the level up to LV5 and LV2 here is the reward." She puts the Eris on the table and they pocket it.
"Anything else I can help you with?" As she asks, Jason nudges Lucifer to ask for any guild affiliated inns and directions, "Oh yes we do have some, it's just down the street. It should be 25,000 Eris a month and includes breakfast for free. That is our cheapest option." As Jason waves their thanks and Lucifer voices hers, they go sit down and wait for a waitress to order some food, a ding is heard.

"We will both be getting the Fried Frog Legs, water for him and a cheap wine for me." As the waitress nods and writes it down hurries off fast after doing so for their order. "Tch…weaklings. They serve adventures and shady people dressed like that but your curses get them this nervous?" He nods back to Lucifer agreeing with her, not knowing a person still in distance of his curses gets red in her imagination looking at him and her friend immediately grabs her hand and goes to the farthest table away from them.
"Darkness what was that about, I know you get an active imagination but just don't be around that man or the girl okay?. Their presence is ringing my Sense Foe off constantly. " She says to her red faced friend currently in her fantasy in her head trying to be serious especially how that man makes her feel but the complete opposite way.
"But Chris, if they are, it is my duty as a crusader to, nghhh, confront them no matter how that man is looking at me." He is not even looking at her direction at all as the nervous waitress serves their food and drink. Darkness just gets more flustered at the thought of what he will do to her.
She gets up very suddenly and loud but not enough for them to hear, to confront them but Chris just drags her back to the table. "Darkness don't make me say it please just let this one go until I can figure out their deal okay Lala-mhh!" She has her mouth immediately covered by Darkness.
"I …..Fine just don't say that okay? You promised not to call me by my name Chris, you're a real meanie." She just sits down and pouts now just watching them red for an entirely different reason and not in the way she likes, watching Lucifer cut the Fried Frog Legs since Jason has one arm and him looking grateful for that.
"So why don't you like them Chris? You said your skill is pinging but none of the other thieves here are reacting to them." She noticed how the thieves that hang around here looking for dungeon dives are put off by him but not at all panicking.
"They feel like they need the wrath of Eris or any god, just being around them makes me the ick." She can not even say that one feels like a demon and the man feels like the Anti-Christ since she is playing Chris the Thief, not Eris the goddess since she can't even visit the mortal world as Eris without getting caught or in trouble. She just settles with burning the back of Jason's head with her glare.
They both finish the meal and pay, then get up from their seats to head to the Inn to call it for the night with Lucifer leading the way.

The ground is already getting some of the fatigue out of him as they enter the Inn and pay 25k Eris each for their rooms on the bottom floor next to each other. Jason takes off his clothes to workout the excess energy and puts on the Second Skin body suit even if it's hard to put on, to do what body exercises he can one handed doing squats, wall pushups, sit ups, basically any exercise he can do one armed without being loud and now resting on the floor exhausted and feeling the burn of the exercises.

Hope I was able to at least get the action scenes to were they are good but please if you see any issues or feel like something needs to be pointed out, please do. Sigh I think I read exactly one konosuba fic were adventurers isn't the protagonist class. Even than it was just souped-up version of the adventure class. Honestly adventure is a terrible class for anyone without a tone money to burn. To farm levels and pay adventures for skills.

'Yeah I was able to get traits that help lesson the [Sloth Curse], but the second one was after I was exhausted from exercise and ready to go to bed and help with recovery from exhaustion. All I need is one more and I'll be able to fix my no arm sooner rather than later. Plus got something that nullifies one of my curses.' He shrugs at that and gets to eating, he still can't taste anything but it does fill him up.
"So can you explain what I should use the skill points on because I see some things that would boost my fire's power and elementary magic, and some other spells in intermediary. I'm no Malina when it comes to games so, as much as it pains me to admit, please help me in this."

You can use create water to either make the floor wet or your enemy then use freeze to make the effect of freeze more devastating. Wind breath and Create earth to blind enemies. There is a lot you can do with that branch of magic, as long as you're creative with it.' Remembering how creative Kazuma was with it and the fact that he was just Lv 13 when the parties switched with Dust and took so many goblins and escaped the rookie's bane.
'But the decision is solely on you to make, you can get some and then upgrade your fire damage, just remember to get either Freeze with Create Water or Create Earth with Wind Breath.' To be honest, so many tickets right off the bat is quite annoying. Besides being a lot to keep track of in chapter 1, the gacha loses a lot of its charm if it's not a gradual progression based on luck, but rather a flood of rolls right from the start.

I get it, but this is just a fun story I'm writing, yeah I can see how the chaos gacha can feel bloated. I really do but I at least want to either get to season 1 end or season 2. Then take a break from this story to write another. I will probably only make without any of this, but I would only do stuff I like or have watched and feel like doing it. But thanks for the critique, I will see if I can slow the tickets when the sloth curse is broken, which is why the story is slowed.

"Just a minute, still gotta put on the rest of my suit and then I'll be ready." He sighs, this one is able to be heard, as he rolls the Gold Familiar Ticket he got yesterday to pass time. He doesn't know how he got it but does not question it.

The door opens and this is the scene that Lucifer is greeted to."You really couldn't wait for it huh?" She joins petting the wolf and they melt like goop from the affection.

"So what quest are we getting this time? Better not be those stupid frogs." As they look for a quest on the board they decide on a quest to kill a pack of dire wolves for 150,000 and go ask Luna if there is any info on the bestiary for the dire wolves and a map for the area.
"Oh yes we do have a guild bestiary on monsters for 5,000 Eris and the map would cost 2,000. Would you like to buy it?" As she gets the thick book out along with the map, they pay for it and start to head out on the road after taking the quest. Jason heads back to his room to grab the rucksack and skippy into the homemade holster he made with Lucifer's help. Then hits the store for traveling goods, letting Lucifer do all the talking.
They then head to the hot springs and he summons Doppel to help run the hotsprings while they are gone for a day or two."So you finally summoned me. Why Master, I didn't know had such fantasies to take me and her to have your way with us in a hot spring." She says making herself flushed with a minor transformation to look like she is being taken advantage of as Jason's highlights and parts of his eyes turn mute pink. Lucifer immediately bonks her in the head lightly remembering having this problem before with a teaser and gets right into her old CEO mode, Doppel immediately grabs where she hit and listens with a fake tearful look on her face.
"Look here you little brat, we need you to run this place while we are gone the entry fee is 3,000 Eris per person just think of Eris the same as Yen, transform into yourself with normal eyes and a kimono because i will not deal with any people thinking they will get a free show from anyone here or have its reputation tarnished. The hot springs will stay separate from male side and the female side. If I hear a single thing about mixed hot springs, no amount of running will save your soul." As she gets a look on her face to make sure she will not disobey the order.
"You got it boss, one dedicated worker coming right up." As the spirals of her hair spin around her and reveal a hot springs kimono worker outfit and the outside of her iris shows white and not the black it was and gets into her role.
"Sumimasen Lucifer-sama, Jason-sama I will be better in conducting my actions to be in a better light while I work, forgive me for my actions and my teasing." She bows and her face does not look sorry in the slightest and Lucifer sighs at her action already regretting this as she teaches Doppel how to run this business as Jason finally reboots and waits outside for Lucifer to be done.
"That girl is such a teasing brat, but damn does she know how to act." She sighs as she goes to Jason double checking their dry goods and their water supply. "So are we good to go? Because I just want to get a place sooner rather than later to get my own luxurious bed and pillow. Get the good wine of this world and see how it tastes, and the pancakes you promised." He nods as they start their walk to the Elroy Forest to take out the Dire Wolves pack in it.

It's dusk by the time they are almost at the Elroy Forest and decide to rest before they even enter the forest, as Jason summons the Cazadors and decides to keep Divine Dogs out to keep watch. They are setting up camp for the night with Jason not really able to do much with one arm but helping where he can.
"So you're gonna summon the Deer to help heal your arm more? Pretty sure all six have the nightwatch covered for tonight so we can sleep fine." He nods at her question and hands out her meal and her cup. "Fireball." "Hey Jason these spells are pretty useful, hopefully next level up i can get the last bit of the beginner magic. So what's our plan of action tomorrow for taking the dire wolves out?" He pulls out the Bestiary from the sack, the map, and their last location on the quest paper.
'So they probably set up their Den here at this cave since they were spotted in this area. Right here was a prey populated area, wolves usually hunt prey in dense woodland areas so we can mark out these caves since it's more open for Dire wolves predators to attack them.' He keeps reading the book on the info, and using different color strings to mark where they could be and what areas they wouldn't be based on the guide.
As he does Lucifer looks over to see the map guessing the red is no go while the black areas they could be and their den. 'We should look out for the ones in the cave since they have a skill to see in the dark called 'DarkVison', really on the nose for the name. They can see 60ft with it, have a strong bite, and are more tactical than normal wolf packs. Their hide is more durable than the Giant Toads but doesn't have the same blunt resisting skin as them so let's keep our distance.' He thinks how much of a problem the den would be if there is any still in the cave and remembers the Sword of St.Trina ability to put enemies asleep the more energy you pump into it.
He summons it and hands it to Lucifer and explains how it works. "So when we take out the Wolves hunting first, then head to the cave and pump it full of magical sleeping gas, and then finish them off? It sounds like a good plan but do you have a weapon to do that silently in the den? Because even I know that a gun is never silent and I'm pretty sure neither of us want hearing loss." He does and pulls out a Lightsaber and hits the button as it extends out in a blue light.
'Yeah I do, it's way more silent than a gun but should be low enough in sound not to wake up the wolves easily.' As he moves it a bit with an electronic *VROOM* and keeping a low buzz when idle and turning it off. He fumbles with his old car keys and takes all the keys off except his room key and uses the keychain to keep it on his belt.
"That's from that space movie right? Star something, so I guess it's pretty good for now. I guess summon the deer to heal you up as much as you can before we go to sleep." He does and takes the pin out of the sleeve so it doesn't break the pin or damage the cloth. He finishes his food and water before letting the Deer out as the Divine Dogs come over and Lucifer watches the Deer heal Jason while petting the Dogs.
"So can we give them names? Cause I wouldn't mind keeping them out, even if they like you more.Tch." Seeing how they are just waiting for Jason to be done with the concentrated RCT energy to glomp him with their tails wagging.
He connects both the dogs as well to the telepathic link 'Yeah I was thinking of calling the white one Hakuei and the black one Tiangou, Haku and Gou for short. How does that sound to you two?' Their tails wag even harder like mini helicopters, both of them knowing to be silent just in case any wildlife hears them.
Jason cuts off the energy transfer to the Round Deer, feeling him getting to the point that the drain is outpacing the recovery from Earthbound Ancient. He gives it a carrot and after it's done let it fall back into his shadow. He puts the pin back into the sleeve with this season giving him a third of his bicep back. The now named Haku and Gou glomp him in their warmth as Jason tosses his second blanket to Lucifer not needing it and falls asleep. Lucifer followed his lead a few minutes later.

Wipe your face off and start packing so we can get started." She tosses him a rag, not completely heartless as the Divine Dogs try to halp by licking his face and Jason trying to get them to stop.
'Haku, Gou stop, I can clean myself, you can stop. Lucifer, stop laughing and get over here to help me, please.' They don't, as this keeps happening till they think he is clean, dog slobber all over his face same with his hair as he wipes it all off and ties his hair back in a ponytail.
'I will remember this Lucifer, it may not happen today, not tomorrow, but my revenge will be swift and deadly to your pride.' As he packs his things and his eyes are not joking looking at Lucifer with a playful serious glare. IS going to do anything to prank her back later.

The group follows the Divine Dogs as they lead them, Jason keeping the Cazadors out high in the sky, giving them an aerial advantage and scouting. Then one flies back and Jason gets out the map to get it to point to where it saw the pack and it's in one of the areas he thought they would hunt and gives it a treat for its work with a jerky. He recalls the other three back to them to plan them to stun them and get out of range.
They fly off to that area and begin their assault, poisoning four at a time and flying up enough to register as a threat but can't be reached as the four poisoned wolves start to tremble. Lucifer starts to pump her magic into the sword of St. Trina and does a wide arc swing to them as purple mist flows to them knocking out the hunting party of 10 Dire Wolves. Jason unclips the lightsaber when the mist dissipates as they both put down the sleeping wolves with their weapons.
Jason lets the Cazadors feast on the corpses they poisoned while the divine dogs sniff for where they came from and Gou gives one bark picking the scent up and Haku gives the same in that area. 'Good boys, and nice job on the mist Lucifer it didn't drain that much magic did it?'
She shakes her head "Yeah I still have a lot left in the tank, this little ring is pretty nifty with how it filters the need for mana to the sword." They leave to follow Haku and Gou to the trail, letting the Cazadors feast on the corpses.

Both the dogs stop near an area that is heavily foliage that's barely seen and the cave entrance hidden well. Jason turns on the lightsaber and cuts the foliage away while Lucifer fills the sword with mana as they walk in with Haku and Gou leading. They start to growl softly hearing something in the dark and She swings the sword in that direction, while Jason's ears are ringing in his ears with his heartbeat as his gut tells him to dodge. NOW. Barely able to dodge the wolf that was hiding at the side of the entrance.
He hits the floor hard listening to it and seeing an outline of a wolf pass by with his night vision seeing he has 3 wolves and more joining in circling him and Lucifer throws a fireball in that direction lighting the Dire Wolf on fire as it howls in pain getting the others that were not affected by the sleeps attention as Jason swings in a direction and it cuts the wolf in two.
Haku and Gou tag teams, one mauling it as it cries in pain the other goes for the throat as it dies. As one of the Dire wolves jumps on top of Lucifer, it bites on her hand as she yells but uses "HELL FLAME." inside the wolf's mouth, burning it from the inside as she throws fireballs in her direction hitting some or missing in the dark . Jason feels his gut telling him to swing to the right killing one and then ducks again and kills the wolf. His instincts keep registering things as threats until it's not ringing in his ear making him deaf and his vision a bit red to everything except his instincts trying to keep up with the den of wolves seeing him as a threat.

"JASON STOP! WE GOT THEM ALL. STOP SWINGING PLEASE." He barely heard her but he does recognize the voice as he is fighting himself to stop and barely does. Jason finally is able to turn off his Lightsaber as he is exhausted and falls back onto a wall. One eye is still seeing red vision as sweat beads down off of him. The Divine Dogs whimpering from his actions and Lucifer hissing in pain from her hand feeling like it's broken.
"Come on, jackass lets head outside to check our damage." He is grabbed from the middle of his forearm and helped up letting the divine dogs guide them out. Jason can still only see red vision in that eye as they are finally out of the cave and they both collapse on a tree exhausted.
Jason's eye looks like it popped many blood vessels being completely red in color, Lucifer's hand is definitely broken and mangled and still holding the sword. Haku and Gou have many scratches and hair missing in some areas. Jason does the one thing he can do and summons the Round Deer for the passive RCT and using Minor healing light on the dogs till they are healed and then tells the Deer to concentrate the RCT on Lucifer's hand, the bones cracking as they reassemble to not be mangled and back to normal except the scar from the initial bite. Jason blacks out after making sure they are healed as his body gives out to exhaustion.

'I think it's one of my traits, Half Light, it lets me hear my instincts. I….let it guide me completely because I know I can't heal myself, I just didn't want to get hurt. I'm guessing that focusing hard and listening to my instinct made my heart rate go up a lot. You know how I look, being fat and all, I'm guessing that's what caused my blood vessels in my eyes to pop. I'm sorry, I'll do better next time, or I'll keep range.' He looks genuinely sorry as the Dogs come over to nuzzle him and Lucifer tosses him his rations, only barely able to catch it.
"Jason, I get it just next time practice so you don't become your instincts. I know you're limited in what you can do but practice what you can because instincts aren't always right. You almost hit me and the dogs, just because your instincts say something, look before you act." She gets her point across to him realizing he can't just bum off letting things work for him. Something like what happened in the cave could happen again and he doesn't want that. He wants to be better as he eats his food.
'Hey, are you okay with teaching me how to use a blade one handed? I have two options, combat knife or longsword.' She looks at him if he is stupid for suggesting this. With it being night her hand feeling numb, and just wanting to sleep off today. Jason rubs the back of his neck sheepishly at the look.
"The day after tomorrow we can. When we wake up tomorrow we will head back to town. We turn in the quest, relax at the hotsprings, sleep, then when we wake up we will spar. Does that sound good?" He nods in confirmation, gets into his sleep position by the fire and closes his eyes to sleep.

(AN: Yo, Bammer is back with a hopfully good chapter because this was made by me with some help from looking up fantasy monster from the DnD monster Beastiary with what I hoped worked. Konosuba, while a big world does not have alot of monsters other than the ones shown and it's based on fantasy RPG. So I thought why not make encounters and quests on my own, hopfully people liked it and if not please do explain what you didn't like and what you did. I did read how the gacha rolls see to bloat the chapter and thought to write this one as an experiment if people like only getting feats till your in a safe zone. A safe zone is either at a town that's safe, a place you own, or any dimensions that jason can go in. I'm not that great at typing up fighting scenes so I hope this came out right. He wakes up around 10 in the morning, his eyes bloodshot from crying yesterday as he gets on the modified adventure clothes and goes to knock on Lucifer's door.
"Just a minute, still gotta put on the rest of my suit and then I'll be ready." He sighs, this one is able to be heard, as he rolls the Gold Familiar Ticket he got yesterday to pass time. He doesn't know how he got it but does not question it.

Each of the dogs can detect hostility and negative emotions and notify their master when they feel hostility directed toward them. Their powerful sense of smell allow them to track targets across long distances. As Shikigami is made of your own shadow, their strength scales with your own. In addition, they are capable of going in and out of shadows. If you are strong enough, you can combine the two wolves into Totality, a far stronger version of both.
He summons them instantly as they crawl out his shadow and pets the black one and nuzzles the white one with his face to its neck. The door opens and this is the scene that Lucifer is greeted to."You really couldn't wait for it huh?" She joins petting the wolf and they melt like goop from the affection.
"So what quest are we getting this time? Better not be those stupid frogs." As they look for a quest on the board they decide on a quest to kill a pack of dire wolves for 150,000 and go ask Luna if there is any info on the bestiary for the dire wolves and a map for the area.
"Oh yes we do have a guild bestiary on monsters for 5,000 Eris and the map would cost 2,000. Would you like to buy it?" As she gets the thick book out along with the map, they pay for it and start to head out on the road after taking the quest. Jason heads back to his room to grab the rucksack and skippy into the homemade holster he made with Lucifer's help. Then hits the store for traveling goods, letting Lucifer do all the talking.
They then head to the hot springs and he summons Doppel to help run the hotsprings while they are gone for a day or two."So you finally summoned me. Why Master, I didn't know had such fantasies to take me and her to have your way with us in a hot spring." She says making herself flushed with a minor transformation to look like she is being taken advantage of as Jason's highlights and parts of his eyes turn mute pink. Lucifer immediately bonks her in the head lightly remembering having this problem before with a teaser and gets right into her old CEO mode, Doppel immediately grabs where she hit and listens with a fake tearful look on her face.
"Look here you little brat, we need you to run this place while we are gone the entry fee is 3,000 Eris per person just think of Eris the same as Yen, transform into yourself with normal eyes and a kimono because i will not deal with any people thinking they will get a free show from anyone here or have its reputation tarnished. The hot springs will stay separate from male side and the female side. If I hear a single thing about mixed hot springs, no amount of running will save your soul." As she gets a look on her face to make sure she will not disobey the order.
"You got it boss, one dedicated worker coming right up." As the spirals of her hair spin around her and reveal a hot springs kimono worker outfit and the outside of her iris shows white and not the black it was and gets into her role.
"That girl is such a teasing brat, but damn does she know how to act." She sighs as she goes to Jason double checking their dry goods and their water supply. "So are we good to go? Because I just want to get a place sooner rather than later to get my own luxurious bed and pillow. Get the good wine of this world and see how it tastes, and the pancakes you promised." He nods as they start their walk to the Elroy Forest to take out the Dire Wolves pack in it.

"Jason, come on, wake up. Time to go, I would like to start my Hot Spring stuff so my scar doesn't stay." She gestures to her hand that has a huge jagged scar with wolf teeth marks on it, along with her sleeves on that arm is ruined and tattered.
'I'm up. I'm up. Want me to fix that when we get back from the hot springs and get you clothes to wear for now until I sew it?' Jason rubs the sleep out his eye one at a time and puts his glasses on to get ready to pack their camp.

He slots out Rubber Body for Weaver to have it guide the sewing threads. Since he can't sew normally, he improvises by using the strings to help him out and is able to do two at once as it takes 30 minutes in total to repair it completely. He folds them and heads to Lucifer's room to drop her clothes off on her bed and heads to sleep, ready to start his sword training tomorrow.

Wrong type of building, and the fact Dopple had only been living in the Hot Springs instead of one of their rooms. Jason and Lucifer split the reward money so they have their own funds. Thanks for pointing it out.
Edit: fixed the hotel to inn. Was running on fumes after writing the snippet and finally finished this chapter

A week passed since the dire wolves mission with Jason getting different weapons with the help of Lucifer to get them. He now has slimmed down a bit with the training and exercises since they haven't needed to do adventuring other than taking a toad quest when they head out to train Jason and heal himself, including the windfall and the hot springs doing good with income. He now has most of an arm, having to only roll the second skin to his elbow as he dodges a swing to him only to be hit in a fatal area knocked on his ass.
"Are you gonna stop day dreaming and actual train?" She puts down the wooden sword and puts a hand out to pull him up from her win while he puts his wooden short sword under his armpit and takes her hand.
'Sorry got in my head, it's been a weird 2 weeks adjusting to not having an arm and the weight each time we go out.' As he gets back into position to go again in a boxer position as Lucifer gets into her guard position.
Jason dashes in to get in close, but blocks quickly when Lucifer changes to cross position while standing still keeping her footing. Jason then kicks her shin to break her guard, but she doesn't budge when it hits her and she breaks his guard and knocks him back a bit with a swipe.
He keeps coming at her with kicks and swipes of the wooden broad sword, but either it is blocked, swatted away, or hit in return for a mistake he makes. She yawns while blocking another hit. "Well I'm glad we are getting you to a point of not getting yourself killed or going into rapid mode. Good for getting rust off." As she glides the sword to Jason along his wooden blade and he gets out of the guard to dodge.
"What are you using? I know you have been trying this since we started but now it's a bit more polished and is good so far with the broad sword." She has learned that Jason is cursed by Beldia(cover story) to make him as unapproachable as possible and be mute. He gives her a thumbs up and has the money banked and takes the menu to get lunch banked for his party's treasury, then banks both his and Lucifer's portion in their personal one. Both getting 25k Eris and their party funds get 100k added to it.
He decides to pass time by rolling his Ticket while waiting for his order since he is excited to get his first skills and burn his silver ability Ticket.

A week passed since the dire wolves mission with Jason getting different weapons with the help of Lucifer to get them. He now has slimmed down a bit with the training and exercises since they haven't needed to do adventuring other than taking a toad quest when they head out to train Jason and heal himself, including the windfall and the hot springs doing good with income. He now has most of an arm, having to only roll the second skin to his elbow as he dodges a swing to him only to be hit in a fatal area knocked on his ass.
"Are you gonna stop day dreaming and actual train?" She puts down the wooden sword and puts a hand out to pull him up from her win while he puts his wooden short sword under his armpit and takes her hand.
'Sorry got in my head, it's been a weird 2 weeks adjusting to not having an arm and the weight each time we go out.' As he gets back into position to go again in a boxer position as Lucifer gets into her guard position.
Jason dashes in to get in close, but blocks quickly when Lucifer changes to cross position while standing still keeping her footing. Jason then kicks her shin to break her guard, but she doesn't budge when it hits her and she breaks his guard and knocks him back a bit with a swipe.
He keeps coming at her with kicks and swipes of the wooden broad sword, but either it is blocked, swatted away, or hit in return for a mistake he makes. She yawns while blocking another hit. "Well I'm glad we are getting you to a point of not getting yourself killed or going into rapid mode. Good for getting rust off." Hmm I'm not a writer, but if you're looking for inspiration, there is actually a lot of technology is the Konosuba world, it's just often mistaken for magic or locked away. Maybe you could have a random quest that peaks the MC's interest because it sounds familiar?

Well yeah I do remember the konosuba crimson demon movie, but I don't think the crimson demons clan would appreciate their tourist traps messed with. Considering that is their way of making income and I know about the Konami code but barely remember the actual thing. Thank you for the suggestion anyways. I was able to to think of another thing just gonna find a dnd monster packs that would work in konosuba, any suggestions would be helpful and very appreciated.

Yeah haven't gotten that far, just got to volume 8 of the light novel, I know the inventor made the destroyer and the Snake mecha, I just remembered all the electronics are with the snake mecha. Just trying to finish the LN before re watching the anime, the OVA's and the movie.

Sorry, just the shear number of curses just turns me off this. It makes no sense to cripple yourself out the gate, your leaning way to hard into the entire world is out to get you trope and it's not being done well enough to be interesting.
I feel like I'm doing this a lot lately, I love fanfics and I genuinely love that people are putting themselves out there trying to write the next cool story but as of late all the stories here look the same it's less about someone writing a story they enjoy and more like some retarded foot race to write the exact same story as the last guy and just pointlessly pile more suffering and complications onto your MCs the be new edgelord for all of two minutes before the next guy comes by with the same formula.
What's happened to fanfic writing?, people used to place genuine effort into it and now it's just this ...

What part about my character feels edgy? He is actively doing things to increase his quality of life. Maybe if you actually give critisism to people or maybe the story isn't to your taste. I have said in every post critisism helps with writing for me. This is my first story so yes, I push myself hard to see what works and what doesn't. It's fanfiction and im sticking to the story its based on, and not a harem shit at all. If you don't like it don't read it if you have no actual critisism other than you don't like it. Your a grown adult, you can choose not to eat your veggies now or do you just like to rag on new writers that has no betas, not using AI, and have barely anyone else telling me what they don't like about the story. Yeah I had one or two people say the same thing, but if you read the past the first chapter instead of just reading half of one you would have seen it barely affects him. But hey, if you just don't like it make your own shit. Stop pussyfooting and make your own fanfic and see how it goes for you. I hope you do write a good one on your first attempt.
