He is fallen angel with five pairs of wings that can deflect attacks from Kiba's swords, he can tank boosted Rias and Akeno and return their fire power with interest, and he did not even break a sweat until Vali, one of the most overpowered characters in the series, came and saved everyone's asses. He is fast enough to defeat Kiba, Xenovia, and Koneko simultaneously with his wings and BFS made of light.

The thing about Kokabiel is that he has a ton of power, but he is too bloodthirsty to end a fight quick enough and too arrogant to think that anything can hurt him. We could probably convince him to let us get many boosts before we attack him for real, but we'd need to annihilate him before his counterattack or people might die.

That probably puts him at essence 6 by the way, since from what happened with Mittelt it seems like angels of whatever type have one pair for each dot of essence above 1. Anything above essence 5 is usually considered beyond what anyone other than a powerful Exalt or a Celestial God can handle. Issei, at essence 4, only barely qualifies as a powerful exalt and would probably get his ass beat if it wasn't for Boosted Gear and the fact that Exalts are an out of context problem for DxD characters. It's gonna be a very tricky fight if we can't figure out a way to cheese him.

My personally preferred strategy, though I know Alexander would never let us get away with it, would be to just get Suika involved in the fight. Kokopuffs is strong as hell, but Suika is one of the Four Devas of the Mountain and counts as a Hyakki Yagyō all by herself. She would utterly wreck his shit.

A few weeks later at Oppai Mansion Issei's House, an bloodied and quarter drunk Suika walks in, ingoring the fact seals come alive around her reinforcing the house from an Sober Oni's rage and she calls out smashing open Issei's room door, "Mittelt sweetie I want you to meet your GrandFather-in-law! Stop hiding with your fiancee unless your making me Great Grandchildren! Then I'll wait."

Mittelt stumbles out of hiding her wings hiding her nakedness, "Grandma! I told you don't just barge in when we left the sig- wait what? Seriously you found someone that doesn't want to run away screaming?" Mittelt has to quickly move out of the way as Suika tries to bring the full might of Issei's bed down on her daughter, revealing an half dressed Issei, who praises the Unconquered Sun that his speed disrobing works in reverse.

"Ya! Ungrateful brat, I'm not that bad!" Huffing as she wields the bed like an massive club Suika continues, "Lover boy here introduced me to one of his buddies it was an rocky start."

Issei remembers that Kokabiel tried killing Suika and him with an near endless rain of Light Spears, only being spared because the Oni had burped in their general direction. He tried to not recall that he was saved by what was essentially gas. The Fallen Leader began to Monologue when Suika brought out her club and tried smashing the Fallen Angel, the two began fighting at speeds Issei barely followed the surrounding landscape and school was completely flatten by the end of the 3 hour romp.

"Wait Kokabiel? Yo-" Mittelt dives as Issei's bed turns it revenge on her less then gentle treatment of its springs on an nightly basis and daily... and well it didn't like what they did whenever they did it.

"This has nothing to do with Asia seeing you and a dazed Kokabiel entering your rooms a week ago? Only to emerge 3 days later?" Now Issei is forced to dodge as the bed tries to clip him.

"Yes." The irate Oni says dropping the now ruined bed, "Now let's go meet him before he escapes his bonds. Again." Suika grabs Mittelt and begins dragging your lover off to her rooms. Your not entirely sure it was an good idea to pair the two battle crazed personalities together, but at least Suika's happy...

You ignore Draig's cackling in you taking a pleasure that Kokabiel is likely never going to have his grand war or for that matter leave Suika's side. Really its not too hard and the smile is from the interrupted Sex! Really!

Extra Arc II: Shinobi, Swords and a Visit to Hell (Part 19)
Night ends, and the rise of the Glorious Sun heralds a new day.

In your case it's done by a lone ray of light directly into your eyes. "Mhmhmh.." You grumble, one hand over your face to shield against the light. "Five more minutes.."

Sadly, your hope to enjoy the warm of your bed a little more is promptly shattered by a harsh, unforgiving voice: {Stop wasting time and rise worm. Ignis Divine even granted you the honor of a fragment of his attention by telling you himself.}

Again, you have no idea what Bright is talking about. Grumbling some more unintelligible curses you disentangle from Yang's strong hold, replacing yourself with a pillow, and go to do your usual morning ablutions.

On your way down to the kitchen you see Suika sprawled against the couch, legs in the air and a trail of drool dripping down from her mouth as her hands move around, as if searching for something. With your foot you push her gourd closer to Suika, and are rewarded with the sight of the Oni grinning as she catches it and starts sleep-drinking.

With your conscience promptly satisfied your enter the kitchen, seeing Asia, Mittelt, Ruby, Rias and Eiko having breakfast. A quick exchange of pleasantries and you're digging into the delicious food prepared by Eiko and Asia, as they kindly inform you.

You, Mittelt, Ruby and Eiko look at Rias with equally blank expression. Asia just nods, as if accepting something completely natural. "That's some imagination you have there Rias-sempai." The gothic lolita holds out the pot. "More coffee?"

"Nothing is impossible when Ise is involved and you know it Mittelt-kohai." Even then she lets her pour more coffee into her cup.

She instantly straightens up. "Oh good! That was weird for me too, bowing to someone who quote Shizuo Heiwajima in a real fight." Holy crap that was fast! And she still remembers that!? "But it's true that, as the head of the Youkai Family that was assigned this territory, it's my duty as a Beast Tamer to keep up good relationships with you. A pity that it makes recruiting you as the club's mascot improper, but what's done it's done."

Fun little ditty, I must say. If we are taking it easy, then A quick visit a would not hurt... Probably. Just to be prepared in case she tries something drastic, like putting us in a jar or something.
