It just hit me. The entities in worm are what late stage gamers turn into. At some point making supercomputers the size of continents to train one of your skills just make sense. When that starts to hit diminishing returns stage 2 give your powers to lesser forms and make them aggressive. Each one will temporarily host your power and grind that specific skill. After a century or two just blow up said planet since that sometimes gives you a neat achievement and you can really squeeze out the last xp.
 
There's an Italian restaurant that has fantastic Italian food but even better steak here in town and I was slumped over getting my unexpected nap earlier and had a dream about eating one that felt real enough for a foodgasm.
Waking up to a stiff back aching neck after a dream like that is enough to damn near be emotionally traumatic.

Seriously I'm talking about steak so good it'll make your dick hard. Boneless well marbled ribeye cooked to a perfect medium rare with a crispy crust, tender and juicy.

Also, expensive.

Waking up to reality is enough to make me want to suck-start a .45

Being chained to free Wi-Fi areas really kills the only upside to my current situation: the ability to go places.

Funny thing is I'm not the only car-living person here. There are two others who spend a fair bit of time staring at the back of this McDonald's.

To be fair, it's powerful Wi-Fi that covers a big area 24/7. Can't blame 'em

Does anyone know of a CYOA multicross fic that starts in MHA with a female protag? It was a popular fic here on QQ, but I can't remember its name for the life of me.

The first chapter was about the MC enjoying life as a high schooler (obviously) when a villain attacks and maims her friend. Then she kills him in a manic fit and discovers the "XP" side of her quirk: if she eats anything that proved to challenge her, she can choose between getting physically stronger and stuff, or obtaining a new power.

And then... I don't remember, she lived a double life as a hero and villain, something about frieren, some posts wondering if the CYOA was inspired from the UI and game mechanics of some new MMO.

After that I woke up. So does anyone know the name? Or did I genuinely dream up a QQ slopfic, replies and all?
 
Does fanfiction author feels proud ruining beloved characters to fit their fanfics? There's no way Naruto would choose to genocide his clan for 2 girls without some character assasination. It was made worse because he only knew these 2 girls for like, a day or so, before he decide to kill their father.

I've spent a lot of time today reflecting on my resentment.

Now, as anyone familiar with my posting history knows, I'm not a violent person. I wouldn't call myself a pacifist, but I definitely do not choose actual violence unless it's absolutely necessary.

So the kind of revenge I contemplated was to eat a big meal of pickled eggs, stewed cabbage, and baked beans washed down with a tall glass of milk.

Let that digest a bit before going to the places full of people I resent are and just… hang out

I've heard of better board games than Monopoly—like Catan or Ticket to Ride—but I don't really have people to play them with. Kinda sucks when you want to play but can't.


Also, I appreciate you taking the time to set this up!

If you have Steam, or possibly some other digital services, there are online versions of numerous board games.
