I had a look at it a while back, but it didn't really grab me. People didn't really seem to post edge cases, so the answer was pretty obviously going to be mostly yes for msot people for most images, and there is already a "favourite pictures" thread. :/

And yes, from what I've seen it is pretty much about people posting their favorite images, though there is a focus about other people reacting to it. So... *Shrugs*
