While i don't care about Mil-tan's wish, this could kick-start our own Evil Piece (Solar Piece?) development and while i highly doubt that it's something we can finish in a week while training (without a single dot of occult), it's a start.

I'm pretty sure people are seriously underestimating how massive a project this is in time it will rake, resources it will cost and XP it will require.
This is an endeavor of months of dedicated work and not something you work on in your free time.
We do not have a number of leads, there is no easy way to do this in Exalted for an Essence 3 Solar and given Kiba's statement it isn't looking much better on the DxD side of things.

I am not strictly opposed inot looking into ways to empower others or create our own Evil Pieces system, but this is not something we'll be capable of doing now, nor is it something that will become possible in the near future and quite frankly it shouldn't even be close to our priority.

If at some point we do have the time, effort and willingness to work on this or stumble on an easy fix, then that would be cool and I'd have no problem whatsoever with telling Mil-tan the good news, but telling him we are honestly going to work on it is not the sort of commitment we can afford to make right now and I'd prefer not to be disingenuous.
For now just give him the motivational speech and get Kiba fucking out of there, which, in case people have forgotten, is our actual quest.
