=>> Om gromnom, urp, phew.
You aren't really even that hungry.
Right up until the moment you lay eyes on the food. Then you are ravenously famished, and you lay waste to the offering like a starving wolf. The maid cringes slightly, prompting you to rein in matters and display some decorum.
Doesn't matter much, it was almost all done by then anyway.
=>> Happiness~
You're almost floating on air as you quickly scour yourself, the healer must have scrubbed you down earlier, but you can always do with being a little fresher.
... strange, you can't find your Pentacle broach. Well, it isn't like it matters much, you can just report it as lost and request a new one.
It does tickle at your mind a bit, though, since while all of the school's uniform is provided with a part of the tuition given, most of it is at the current Headmaster's discretion. The only real required portion of the uniform, from the time the academy opened its doors for the first time, are those little bits of significant jewelry. They aren't even valuable metal though, just brass. More symbolic than anything else. You're not even technically required to wear them, though most do, just have them nearby.
Still, you dress and make your way to the Headmaster's office. You would visit Colbert first, but at this time, he has a class, so you don't really want to interfere with that...
"Good~ Morning~" you chirp, happily.
"Ohoho~" The headmaster chuckles, waving his secretary out. "It's good to see you, young miss Louise. Have a seat, have a seat. I see you're in high spirits."
You nod, agreeably, as the old man strokes his mouse.
"Good, good... It is good to see you are unbowed by circumstance." Osmond chuckles. "I simply wished to inform you, my dear, that you needn't concern yourself about a thing. Arrangements have already been made, and the charter will come at the Academy's expense."
".... Pardon?" You say slowly, your good mood beginning to falter.
"Hm? Oh, of course. For your travel home, young miss." Osmond says, stroking his beard.
And just like that, there is a crack shattering through your good mood.
"Wh-what-?" You stammer.
"Yes, the proper forms and documentations have all already been filed. It is simply more... politically sound, for a daughter of the Valliere to choose to withdraw from tutelage quietly, rather than a grand fuss being kicked up and forcing your parents to come collect you. Simpler for everyone involved, really."
