HOly Crap! Your a Butcher fan, Ack? Seriously, I'd love to see you do some short ficlets for the series! I mean, seriously, your Worm stuff is Grade A, so I could only hope your Dresden Files stuff would be of a similar caliber. Seriously, think about it, man. I think you could write some great stuff.

I usually tend to prefer books with a female lead. Also, how does the series handle Christian religion? I tend to back off from works where the Christia God is real.
Let's just say that the female characters are in no way shrinking violets. Karrin Murphy (I think that's how her name is spelled) is awesomely badass. Dresden spends a lot of time in awe of her, which makes it interesting when you see him from her point of view. See, most of the time, he's a bit of a goofball, but when the chips are down, he goes to town. And she's seen him like that, which explains why she (mostly) tolerates the goofballery.I usually tend to prefer books with a female lead. Also, how does the series handle Christian religion? "Why are all the bugs on fire?"Unsure.
I was reading Dresden long before I was writing fanfic.
Though I think Taylor and Dresden would have a lot in common.
Especially one that isn't particularly blue anymore. Also, how can you not like a story where the main character drives a VW called the Blue Beetle?
Yeah, neither one of them is in the habit of following the law if it keeps them from doing what needs to be done.
And when shit gets real, they get it DONE.Especially one that isn't particularly blue anymore.

Ain't that the truth, the shit Dresden's done is all kinds of WTF. My favorite moment is still the zombie though.
Hey, have you seen Magical Girl Lyrical Taylor over on SB? It has Merlin as Not!Harry. Seriously. Its fucking hilarious.

yes and spoiler that please. I was trying to be circumspect.
Spoilers, dude.Mother.It was Sue the T Rex, the most complete T Rex skeleton found (at least, that's what the book says, so Jim probably researched it first.)
It was, without a doubt, probably one of the most bad ass moments in the DF series, apart from a few others, but, seriously... riding into battle on the back of a zombie T Rex?
Fucking.
Bad.
Ass.
Did you mean immunity? Or was that Buffy style wordplay?
Worldplay as well as Buffy playing the bimbo.
Considering the sensitivity of their work, it might even be the strict truth...
