Basically. Normally her good nature only works on animals (Possibly why she has a Faunus boyfriend, kukuku), but in her Grimm Hybrid state she can command Grimm, too.

Look to be fair to my girl vasha she's had a damn bad for the colonel for ever and hey this way there might be a chance to get her pregnant by said colonel. So she's not going to pass that up ever and if she has to get Mr shovel to deal with a couple people so all they notice about the colonel is a new hairstyle some sacrifices for the greater good must be made

Oooh I have a headcanon for why aura exists, humanity returned, and Faunus appeared, what if when humanity was remade by the Brother of Light he couldn't remake them fully as they were born of both light and darkness.
So, knowing that his brother wouldn't help, BoL used some of the remaining essence of destruction (Grimm pools) that the BoD left behind to remake humanity. But because this was at best a stop gap measure it was never enough to rebuild humanity to their full potential and left a crack in their soul that would later become their aura.
During this process he'd also experiment on making different versions of humanity to see if he could fix the crack in their soul but seeing that it was impossible without his brothers powers the BoL gave up and let his experiments roam free.
And now with a reborn mankind, he'd resurrect Ozpin to reunite humanity. But the BoD furious at his brothers actions makes so that his creations would perpetually hunt down this new humanity to reclaim the darkness his brother stole.
And then BoL could have made the Silver Eyes in response as well.
