So, what do his children inherit? His adamantium skeleton, yes, but his nature transformations? Intelligence and charisma?
I think it's just everything that would fall under genetics in general, like all the perks that have physically affected his body on a cellular level at least. Though from memory all that sticks out there would be his adamantium skeleton. His nature transformations could be a possibility but it feels like it'd be a low one, since it appears in Naruto canon from what I do remember outside of transformations being tied to bloodlines, the chance of them being passed down or just awakened was pretty low, hell the only Mokuton user (wood release) aside from Hashirama I believe was a literal clone made from strands of his DNA. Now his stats on the other hand raise a question, cause they could be used but also possibly not. He has his stats all maxed and I think all of them do effect him physically one way or another, so they could potentially be passed down to his children simply giving them better genetics than others might have. But his stats are tied to the system itself and thus it might be that they don't actually affect him on a genetic level and makes it possible that the only things his children/descendants would inherit from him is solely the perks that naturally effect his body, like his adamantium skeleton. Though they could still learn to do a lot of the things he can do and simply study/train to improve their bodies.
I'm curious about the whole 'will they be born gods' thing that's be brought up a couple times myself. While Daisuke by himself might not end up being able to transfer his deity status to his children, or at most maybe have a 50/50 natural chance, that kinda goes out the window when his wife also is a deity herself. Anko and Daisuke are pretty much gods as it stands for the setting and thus not necessarily human anymore, or at least fully so, and that makes me really think that their future kids/descendants would also be deities on some level until actual full on humans get thrown into the mix. And from that I simply say, why think about they could inherit genetically if they're born as deities? whatever they don't inherit they could literally just train to get since they'd be immortal and could have literally all the time in the world. Just imagine a house full of people on Madara or Hashirama's level, and one of those people maybe not being 10 either. Gods/Goddesses making babies can get real crazy
