I remember when it was briefly accepted (and up to date) that young fem madara was a good representation of MIO.
Now, you'd need to recolor the hair at least.

Either way, I wonder if Mio's character sheet will be sheetified upon her triumphant return to Konoha, possibly even more of a transformed weirdo than she is now.
