Intresting mechanism for the tentacles. Wouldn't hold up to a metal blade but is rather flexible for a mechanical limb.

Vortex generator. Hmm. Could feed that into the Wind Generators to have a bit of fun.

Missiles, ooh so fun. Homing style let's see waterproofed and works through air?

You could make a robot master just out of that. If you felt like it.

Artilary Man? Maybe Missile Man.

But you could feed that and maybe that vortex generator into the void of madness and see what pops up.

Ideas are bubbling about a Wind based robot master. You would use the Generator as the basis. Then Fuse the Vortex Generator into the missiles and the main skeleton.

You can work with that.

Normally I would agree, but MetalMan is pretty damn bad off right now. I'm afraid that if we don't move right now, Sigma will finally get his shit together and dispatch several of his Maveric to deal with him. That could be pretty bad.

Better to get the family together as fast as possible. So many of Willy's children are already irreparably lost we should make sure to safeguard as many of the survivors as we possibly can.

Inspiration strikes like a lightning bolt. It's easy for Vortexman. You minaturize the wind turbine generators so much that you wonder how they even work. Same amount of force.

With the Vortex Generator integrated Vortexman can effectively fire off minature tornados from his palms.

He's also capable of creating what are effectively F2 level Dust devils on mass.

Besides that he also has Vortex Missiles. Basically Drone missiles that can produce a vortex sucking in everything around it.

And then exploding.

Vortex man is definitely one of your masterpieces.

You get into The Wily UFO(TM) and go off to meet with him. You have Hydroman, Crushman, Vortexman, and Dinoman ready to beam in once you get there.
