Can I get some help? I want to be able to use my account but am unable to do almost anything.

I can get emails by QQ, (I thought I forgot my password and received an email) but none about verification. (My account is several months old btw.)

As far as I can tell, Profile posts are the only thing I can do, I tried to comment or create a thread in case if it is like Spacebattles, but found myself unable. These messages are what I see instead of a comment box:

Playing through mass effect again and it's weird going through the codex stuff with things like the Turians having 'client races' plural and mentions of Terminus species cause it implies there is a bunch more races we never see. Some actively against the council and not part of the Citadel.

then there comes mass effect 2 and the drell/Vorcha/Yahg are basically a non-factor in galactic politics and the terminus is just filled with rogue members of pre-existing species.

An Embassy on the citadel is said to be a huge honor that's difficult to obtain but it seems like damn near every species that achieved space flight themselves have or had one.
