Hey Casualfarmer, I was very excited to read BoC based on what I've heard from other threads but when I checked it out volume one and two isn't available because of kindle. Then when I try to check it out on kindle it wasn't available in Malaysia. Is that a general region lock problem or is there a reason you're not selling your ebook in Malaysia?
