My best advice?

Write. Write anything that comes to your mind. That's how you'll find your own flow, your own style, even if you end up having more issue focusing on one particular story, it's always worth it to keep writing.

It's a bit like bungee-jumping, in a way. The only way forward is to launch yourself from the edge and give it your best. So, write. :3

I am going to continue writing it. I will be uploading again in about a month or so. I have done a rerite on the CR and I am have already written 6 chapters. Hopefully I will have 10 - 15 by November.

ah, that's the thing about writing your own fantasy story. Mad Max may be the foundation, but you can grow your own world from it as well. to tell a tale just as unique as what it was based off of and there's no telling how after it can go.
